dont bother

absolutely rubbish tried two different lockers none of them working complicated to use the yeep app you have to download is even worse easily the worst lockers there is out there dont waste your time going just go to a shop and send your parcels

What a waste of life

What a waste of life - Ups should be ashamed for using this - forced to download an an app - doesn’t even work - now off to select my plot in the cemetery as found this is a better use of my time rather than interacting with this company

I would give a 0 if I could

I would give a 0 if I could. Will never select these lockers for a collection again and would advise anyone and everyone against using them.

UPS driver could not get in to them which resulted in my parcel being returned 2 days in a row.

Have now switched it to a shop to collect and will never ever use these again. Haven't used before this but terrible terrible experience. Amateur company that is unable to keep up with the better providers.

Waste of time

Wow. What an absolute waste of time trying to use a yeep locker for the first time. Tried to return a UPS locker and did not realise a company could mess up a simple parcel locker so badly. Firstly you have to download their app to create a return and then connect to the locker via Bluetooth. After figuring this all out, the door would not open due to connection issues despite being connected to the locker successfully???? As a serial online shopper, I have used many many returns services but YEEP is by far the biggest pile of 💩. A parcel locker is such a simple concept that for some reason YEEP have massively overcomplicated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use inpost, Amazon, literally anything else!!! Save yourself.

YEEP! Of 💩

Ordered a parcel sent by UPS who use the YEEP! Lockers. I wish I read the reviews before having it sent to the locker.

I received a pin via text and the pin was not accepted.

I used the app to ‘open the door’ and that ran into an error.

I now have to contact UPS for a code and hoping that works.

Really bad locker - UPS, please use another locker service!!

Yeep, their service is non existent

Issues with using the app, contacted company by the only contact method they list (email) 9 days, no reply, no other method of contact.

At least my parcel will be returned by someone who can access the lockers

Total rubbish

The app doesn’t work and doesn’t know it’s not working apparently. Absolutely no information anywhere to tell you how to sort out problems. Total rubbish. Never again

They refuse to give you a code to open the locker

They dont give you a number or barcode to use so that you can get your parcel. They also dont reply to emails or pick up the phone. So if you are ordering a parcel, do not pick yeep lockers because you wont be able to get your parcel out of the locker.

Literally impossible to use these…

Literally impossible to use these lockers. Parcel drop off should take max. 1 min (assuming no queue), I tried for a good 5 mins and then had to leave or I'd have missed a train. Tried to use locker scanner and to scan via app. Now left carrying a bulky parcel all day and trying to work out how else to post it.

Waste Of Time - First and Last Time I Will Use Yeep

This is the first time I have tried to use a Yeep Parcel locker and it will be the last, I selected it at the checkout as it is only down the road from me, I scanned 2 barcodes and the one QR code and none were accepted by the machine, the only option of help offered by the machine was to contact the company I booked with, I have done and they couldn't explain why it wouldn't work either, do not waste your time with one of these machines

Not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose - door does not open to drop off parcel and you can’t call anyone to help you. Pointless and useless service (or no service at all in this case!!)

Painful process

Had to use this for a UPS parcel, - so painful. Had to download the app. The process was so slow and clunky, took ages to find the right locker location, then had to update to get a locker door, took forever to connect and open a door. All in all took over 10mins to drop off a parcel! Will not use again - inpost soo much better in comparison. Eventually managed to deposit my parcel which is the only reason it's not 1 star. Why can't I just scan the parcel and drop off?

Overly complicated....

Overly complicated!
Why does this have to be so complex. Most Lockers, you bring your parcel,scan it, post it.
Yeep however require an app, then Bluetooth from your phone to the locker, then a pin etc etc.
I followed the procedure via the app to post a UPS parcel and for the life of me cannot get the locker to work. Won't scan that package . Asks for a pin I don't have and can't get.
No customer service.
Time wasted. I even tried a different location.
I'll just drop off to a human being in a shop and be done with all this nonsense.
Edit:- I finally got this to work after some research and another 15 mins at the locker the following day.
You use your phone to re scan the package, then go to the location map and select the locker where you are, then connect to the locker through your phone, then open the locker, then select locker size if too small. Place parcel in and close the door. Then click finish.
It's all done through several steps on your phone which communicates with the locker....My God.....

Incompetent company - DO NOT USE!!

I cannot get my parcel out of the locker because I wasn’t given a code. I have wasted so much time trying to resolve this and I have been to the locker at least 5 times. YEEP and UPS have been no help at all. On being told I received no PIN code in my original text and email they then sent a PIN code that doesn’t work and then sent the SAME code when they were told it doesn’t work. I’ve wasted time, petrol and money on phone calls to try to resolve this but no one wants to help me. I’ve now been told my parcel is being returned to the sender. I will be charged a return fee and I cannot reorder as the stuff is now out of stock. How hard can it be to help customers in this situation?!!! I will NEVER use YEEP or UPS again,
