Simple

Simple, quick, great having the ability to just scan and have them add the postage sticker. Saves so much time and effort compared to printing myself. 90 percent of the time I get a space/working set of lockers.

Always a great experience

Always a great experience. With inpost, I have never had my package misplaced and the locker keeps my worry about delivery time, missed delivery away. I pick my item myself and when it is convenient within the allowed time.

Fabulous

Such an easy quick system to use.
Oly had a problem once. Phoned the help number got to speak to a human within a few minutes. Problem resolved very quickly.
Its such a good all round system, no queuing at the post office, able to collect todays parcel at 20.00.

Quick and easy

First time using it today. Easy to use as it has step by step instructions. Easy to scan items and arrange payment and to drop parcel to the locker. Definitely will use again.

The locker system works well usually

The locker system works well usually, but can be a pain and a wasted journey to one when all the lockers are full. This was the case on my latest deposit. I was obliged to travel further afield to the next listed of your lockers which had capacity to accept my package, on this occasion l was not best pleased.

Great service for those who are on the…

Great service for those who are on the go and want a quick and easy option to send returns/sell items efficiently. Would give 5 stars but the lockers get full often which can be frustrating, but you can check the availability of the lockers on their app before going.

Lockers are always full in York dringhouses acomb

Lockers are always full, we tried 3 separate sites most days.
6 parcels most days.
We need more lockers in west side of York & delivery drivers need to empty more often.
We go at all times from early on afternoon and evening and seem to have problems each time.
Our families do also. Thanks

My parcel was delivered to another…

My parcel was delivered to another location. As I don't have a car it was very difficult to get there and my parcel was marked as not collected by the time I got to the locker, so would have been headed back to the sender in a few hours.

If you cannot put the parcel into the location I booked, you should ask where would I want it to be placed as analternative or ask whether I am happy to wait or at least extend the timeframe of the pickup window.

Very annoyed.
