I’d been eagerly awaiting Friday night all week and not just because it meant a few days off and seeing my Daddy for Fathers Day.
I’ve long been saying I have to get my self out of my comfort zone and meet new people (potentially an eligible guy!) so I had plans Friday to meet-up with I HAVE CAT facebook fans for cocktails and then head over to an AC&C of New York (Animal Care and Control of New York City) fundraiser.

Well not only did I have the chance to catch-up with old friends and make new ones (Damun and Kira!) but I received an unexpected gift and met a celebrity! Not bad for a Friday night in the city (no eligible guy, but guess you can’t have it all right?!). (more…)
