Easy Street Update

I have been working on Easy Street, Bonnie Hunter's latest mystery.  I wrote about it  a week or so ago, and showed this block.  Guess what, It is put together wrong, I mean really wrong! I just noticed that the 4 patches on three of the sides are set incorrectly, the blue and purple are too.  Guess what, I have a great piece of back art for this quilt!
Thursday Sew's I have not produced these correct blocks!  I have 4 done of the 2 designs.  Looks like I will need to create more individual blocks to make the block 2, I screwed up.  Amazing I can't even look at a picture and follow the design correctly.  How else do you get back art??

Have a great day.

Good afternoon Miss Mary, kind of like my day,but you will have lots of blocks for the back. I also wanted to tell you that when we came back from breakfest,we went down the river to Oswego and saw about 12 eagles you could see them across the river setting in the trees.People were stopped taking pictures. Now you have a good day and stay warm. jinnie

Those blocks are so easy to goof up, ask me how I know! Your color combinations are quite wonderful. Take your time and it will be a magnificent quilt!

I rather like the block that is not in the right order. You have had a design opportunity and it will be a great idea for another quilt!! Back art is wonderful. After all, don't we have two sides to a quilt!! ;>)

Hi Mary, I think the block looks good that way, your own twist on the pattern. I've sew some wrong but not as symmetrical as yours. Your blocks look great. You make so many beautiful things.
