Great game!
Very fun game! I think doing something like Slay the Spire and show enemy intent would make it more strategic (less risky I guess?) and remove the situations were you are just gambling on what the enemy would do. I really like how you got both health and energy that carry over. Great game, good job!
Good fun! I like how the energy drain carries over, forcing you to setup before going to the next battle.

The game is very enjoyable and the graphics are well done. I like the fact that you can choose a more difficult battle to get better items. But I think that giving the items at the end of the battle would be more engaging, at least for a game jam game.
It's a very fun game that would be even more epic with battle music ;-)

I almost wonder if more predictable AI would lead to more calculated risk-taking from the player
Right now it felt a lil more like playing rock-paper-scissors
Other than that, the sfx were nice and crunchy, just needs some music to go with it :)

Very enjoyable, chill game. I liked the implementation of theme by making enemies unpredictable (from my observations, maybe they aren't) and by choices before room. I would say that the one thing missing is some music and maybe more room variants, other than that, it is fun to play.
I guess that is a bit of an unintentional implementation of the theme. The enemies aren't technically random, they all have different "AI"s that determine their moves but it is largely random for most. Thanks for the feedback!
Well done! I found a weird bug where the game stuck until I clicked the enemy. I also like the mechanic of keeping energy between runs

I really couldn't find any items or anywhere to use my coins. If there were items, I was playing the game without them and it was really hard. Besides that, I enjoyed playing it!
Thanks for your feedback! There are items you can buy, but you have to clear 10 rooms before reaching the place where you can buy them.
The gameplay is a bit slow, but I like the retro RPG vibe a lot. Also the character design of player character is very lovely, and the introduction of every enemies are very creative!

Fun idea! Though the combat is a bit repetitive given the games length. Some background music would also be nice! Overall good job, I loved the enemy descriptions.

Love the mechanic to risk it and go straight to harder level. Fun concept and can ramp up really fast.
