Fantastic game, I loved every aspect of the game, especially the visual good luck in the jam and future games

Developer(+1)

Thank you! We love this jam so you'll definitely see us in the future.

Excellent job on the game and puzzles! I really enjoyed it and its really pretty to look at. Also I didnt see much 3D games here, this stands out

Developer

Thank you! 3D is hard, but there was metal man 3 that is incredible and put us all to shame xD

Lovely lovely game, I wouldve liked a little more guidance initially on how to navigate the puzzles but the art is phenomenally done, some of the best ive seen, never been a fan of 2.5D in the past but you guys pulled it of amazingly well. Great stuff

Developer

Thank you! Yes, we plan on correcting that post jam. Thanks for the feedback.

The vibe on this is great! I love the blending of 2D and 3D realms!

Thank you!

Clever puzzle game. It looks so good especially for a jam game! Nice music too. Very well done <3

Developer

Thank you!

This project is definitely unique and it stands out so much, i love the visuals and the graphics! The puzzles are challenging enough to keep you engaged but the mechanics are intuitive and easy to grasp, overall a great project! Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much <3

This looks and sounds very nice.
Unfortunately, in both the web build and exe, I ran into a bug that cut short my experience.
After the reset mechanic is introduced, I can only walk for about 5 seconds before the character gets stuck and I am forced to reset to start moving again.
Thus, I couldn't actually finish the first area.
Please try to fix this after the jam, because I think I would enjoy this game.

Developer

There is an area around the player that shows you how far you can go. Could it be that? We want to make it clearer post jam or even isolate this mechanic to certain places. If you use the R button you get taken back to the last checkpoint with all the changes you made to the level, that is how we built the puzzles. Thank you for your comment.

I played through all of it, didn't keep the time, but must've been a 20+ or so minutes of solid puzzle gameplay all around. Suffice to say I quite enjoyed this!

Gets involved at a perfect pace and isn't too afraid to let you mess around, I liked that.

At the bonus level, for example, I dropped down from the right and did a section way before I shouldve, I was able to walk past the fan and get to the next totem, felt sketchy, but I was having a lot of fun there. In another level I horded fans and was able to skip a small section cause of that... Good job everyone!

If I have to critique you on something: the link to theme is a bit thin

Developer

Hey, thanks for the comment. Yes, the original idea we had was stricktly more tied to looping back to the atart but it ended up turning into this and we just let ourselves go with it. Regarding fan hoarding... We actually saw that and factored it in, we thought it was fair enough to give you that solution if you put in that work. I'm glad you liked it!

Submitted(+2)

I was sure you did on that one! Glad you left it

Love the art

Developer

Thank you!

The art here is superb! Did you use a shader or the outlining? It looks really good! I like it, makes a cool style. And gameplay was smooth and intuitive and I really enjoyed myself! Great work!

Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!

Developer

Thank you! Yes, it's post processing. I did edge detection on the depthmap for this one.

Submitted

Cool man! Came out great!

Submitted(+3)

Took me way too long to realize that the outlines moving wasn't intentional :)
^ on a mac in Chrome or FF

Switched to a different computer and I am glad that I did. Your game is a lot of fun.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the comment. Yeah, mac seems to misbehave a lot. I'm currently looking into it but it's hard to test since I don't have a mac.

Submitted

No  problem. I just wanted to admit that I initially thought it was all part of the game :P

the art direction is incredibly unique and i would love to see more!! i read in a comment here that you didnt get to include lore in this version but i hope to get to learn about it in the future

Developer

Thank you so muck. I hope so too :D

Excellent job all around.  I had to use key combos to get the most efficient movements (aw, sd).  Also, would LOVE a level reset in the bonus level (if there was one, I missed it) because I soft-locked myself and wanted to finish it, but didn't see a way to do so in the UI.  Great graphics, level design, overall polish.

Developer(+1)

Hey there! There's one that appears after you are left with no movement, a button appears. You can use the Y key too. But, yes, that's something we want to improve post jam. Thanks for the great comment.

This is a stellar entry! Spotty web performance aside (the game ran perfectly when installed), this was a game that's not only ambitious, but fully delivered and explored that ambition which is a herculean task for a game jam this tight in time. It felt great to play, the puzzles were quite involved, and the difficulty was approachable yet consistently interesting, with the levels always playing around with the core mechanic in interesting ways. Really fantastic job to all involved!

Developer

Awww, don't make me blush. Thank you so much for the kind comment.

Enjoyed the gameplay quite a bit... but i had trouble playing it inside my browerser... evertime i "passed special object" ... the dialog R would frequently pop up forcing me to go back. Artstyle is great (puzzles as far as I got seem to be well balanced as well)

Developer

Oooh, the r dialog is a reminder to llop back to the checkpoint. This ibteraction has been polished somewhat in the version we plan to upload post jam. Thanks for the feedback!

Cool game, I really like the art and sound design. The puzzles are also pretty fun and make good use of the looping mechanic. Good submission!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing!

Great game with cute art!

Developer

Thank you <3

The art is cool, and I liked the concept. It reminds me a bit of the game Figment. It would be great if you could add a little more narrative the next time you pick up this game idea and make future improvements. Overall, well done!

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it! Yes, one of our game designers had the idea to include lore into one level which didn't make it in the end. We'll have to se if we end up expanding it.

Submitted(+4)

Awesome game concept. It feels verry original. I love the graphics and its verry satisfying to play. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you <3 Thanks for playing
