Nassim "Leon" Laib is an Ultimate Lucina main from Île-de-France. He was ranked 129th in LumiRank 2024.2. He is also a former Melee and Brawl Marth main.

History

A veteran and mainstay of the French Smash scene who debuted as a Melee player in 2007, Leon is considered to be one of the best players in the country across all the games he competed in, including Melee, Brawl, Project M, and Ultimate. He was notably ranked 1st in France for Brawl in 2008 and 1st in France for Ultimate in 2022.

After joining Even Matchup Gaming sometime in January 2014, he left on an undiclosed date. Leon then joined Salty Arena on July 4, 2017. He left the organization sometime later that year.

Leon joined Solary on August 14, 2021.^[1] On August 11, 2022, he and Solary "suspended their collaboration" after a female acquaintance of Leon accused him on Twitter of repeated misbehavior towards her, including physical violence.^[2]^[3] On April 2, 2023, Solary announced Leon's return to the organization, stating that legal matters against him had been settled.^[4] He left Solary for good on March 8, 2024.^[5]
