The first one that was terribly bad

I haven't seen any more yet, but I guess this is the show that were everything went down hill. The show was not only stupid and not funny it was also badly written. The scene with everybody on the sofa was also forced and the communication forced. Just really bad!

    Well, I laughed

The band of friends spent the Christian holidays in three different places. We are told what happened in flashbacks after they gather together and talk about the respective, dire, experiences.

I guess I'll play the Devil's Advocate here, as I found this episode genuinely funny. Of each story we are told the key events, so no one drags. And, of course, between what is told and what actually happened there is always something "off". Only when the flashback is shown we see what the characters really mean.

I won't spoil, but I laughed hard at "Blah blah blah, blah blah' "Blah blah blah blah!", "Leonard, there is something in the windshield", and Howard confessing that after the baby arrived he has problems sleeping due to the constant crying (it is not what you think).

I felt that this episode was a call back to the old times of chaos, double entendres and confusion. I was surprised that "three Christmas from Hell" is so despised. To me, it is not a classic, but still a cut above the average for the tenth season.

Emmy for Multi camera editing... Really?

After ripping of all the funny one liners from FRIENDS and itself, it has now started copying the style of How I Met Your Mother as well. And the even more ridiculous thing is that it even won an Emmy... So I guess each and every single episode of HIMYM did deserve this award, and way more than this one. Really going down hill and shamelessly copying everything innovative and unique from other sitcoms.

Well this is going downhill, isn't it.

Contrary to what many (clearly) seem to think about The Big Bang Theory, I still believe it has its merits. I have been overwhelmingly entertained for almost 10 years now, but today was not the case. The premise was quite well written and executed, but almost half of the episode was nothing but a total let down. Should I decide to re-watch the series from the beginning until the end (so far), this is the one and only episode I would skip, and that's without any question what so ever. This episode adds nothing of value at all, and I am shocked that this made it to television. The first 9 minutes and 26 seconds were a pretty TBBT average 7, the remaining 11 minutes and 40 second dragged it down to a 2 of 10.

Stuart is a part of the group now?

If Raj being annoying wasn't sufficient, it seems like they have brought on Stuart too. Raj's scenes have become more and more skip-worthy every passing season and now with addition of Stuart to the group , given the amount of screen-timing he's getting, it looks like we'd be skipping half the episode.

The only good scene in the whole episode was the one at Sheldon's home in Texas.

The writers have completely run out of story and comedy. The show had always been sort of a nerdy rip off of FRIENDS but now with that scope going out of the hands too. It's important that they end this show soon.

    • Goofs
As Penny & Leonard are carrying the Christmas tree upstairs, they are shown on the 2nd floor twice. At 12:55 in they are in their way up the stairs from the 2nd floor landing then Penny asks Leonard if he needs a break, apartment 2B can be seen on the left. There is also a bicycle leaned up against the elevator door. At 13:09 in Leonard is lying on the floor with the tree on top of him. They are again on the 2nd floor, apartment 2B & the bicycle are seen again.

Most likely, that's because Leonard lost his grip on the tree, fell down the stairs with the tree falling too and landing on top of him.

Mary Cooper: Shelly, how do I put this? By your third birthday you had memorized over a thousand different kinds of trains... and I never imagined a woman getting aboard any of them.

Sheldon Cooper: What's a... You thought I was going to be alone for the rest my life?

Mary Cooper: No, just for the middle part. At the end I assumed there'd be nurses.

Sheldon Cooper: This is highly insulting!

Amy Farrah Fowler: Sheldon, don't over-react.

Sheldon Cooper: I'm the child she was worried about! I have a brother and sister whose combined intellectual wattage couldn't power a potato clock! If I spotted them the potato!
