Construction is nearing completion on North Cove, a 30-story residential building at 3875 Ninth Avenue on the Harlem River waterfront in Inwood, Manhattan. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Maddd Equities, the 295-foot-tall structure will span 544,000 square feet and yield 611 affordable rental apartments. The project will also include 60,000 square feet of lower-level retail space, residential amenities, and 120 parking spaces. The property is alternately addressed as 373 and 375 West 207th Streets and is bounded by West 207th Street, Ninth Avenue, and the Harlem River.

Construction has topped out on 5055 Broadway, an 11-story residential building in Inwood, Manhattan. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by Timber Equities, the 50,808-square-foot structure will yield 60 rental apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts, with 15 reserved for affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space. The project replaces a former surface-level parking lot and is part of the Inwood Rezoning Plan, which is projected to create more than 4,000 affordable housing units by 2032.

Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Arden Group, the 260-foot-tall structure spans 351,000 square feet and yields 222 rental residences in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 80,000 square feet for the School on the Square charter school and an 38,000-square-foot supermarket. The property is located at the intersection of Broadway and Sherman Avenue, directly east of Fort Tryon Park.

Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Maddd Equities, which purchased the property for $12 million in 2018, the 99,000-square-foot structure yields 80 affordable units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 18,759 square feet of lower-level commercial. The project stands on a 12,000-square-foot interior parcel by the corner of Broadway and Dyckman Street.
