Construction is complete on Le Gallerie, a seven-story commercial building at 132 West 14th Street on the border of Greenwich Village and Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed, developed, and owned by KPG Funds, the structure yields 62,000 square feet of Class A office space with floor plates ranging from 6,000 to more than 8,500 square feet. The development also contains 10,588 square feet of lower-level retail space marketed by Ripco Real Estate. JLL Capital Markets is leading leasing and marketing for the office space at the property, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Foundation work is progressing at 140 Jane Street, the site of an 11-story residential building in Manhattan’s West Village. Designed by BKSK Architects with Leroy Street Studio as the design architect, Aurora Capital Associates as the developer, the 120-foot-tall structure will span 105,804 square feet and yield 15 condominium units. The development will also feature 200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 20 enclosed parking spaces. 134 Jane Street LLC is listed as the owner for the property, which is located at the corner of Jane and West Streets along the Hudson River waterfront.

Long Island City, Queens is continuing its transformation with a host of new buildings cropping up on some of the last available parcels, and older structures giving way to new, larger construction. YIMBY photographed several examples around the booming residential district of the downtown area, most of which are near the elevated Queensboro Plaza station serving the 7, N, and W trains, and the Queens Plaza station for the E, M, and R trains. Demolition Underway for 29-Story Tower at 930 First Avenue in Turtle Bay, Manhattan

Demolition work is progressing at 930 First Avenue, the site of a 29-story residential building in the Turtle Bay section of Midtown East, Manhattan. Leandro Dickson of Leandro Nils Dickson Architect LLC filed permits in March for the 335-foot-tall structure, which will yield 83 condominiums with an average scope of 645 square feet, as well as 3,465 square feet of commercial space and a 20-square-foot rear yard. The property is alternately addressed as 401-405 East 51st Street and located at the corner of First Avenue and East 51t Street.
