New renderings have been revealed for 842 Sixth Avenue, a 27-story residential tower in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Pro-H Development, the structure will span 102,600 square feet and yield an undisclosed number of condominium units along with lower-level retail space. 842 Edenview LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located on an interior lot between West 29th and West 30th Streets.

262 Fifth Avenue’s Façade Climbs Higher in NoMad, Manhattan

At number six on our annual countdown of the 31 tallest buildings under construction in New York is 262 Fifth Avenue, an 860-foot-tall residential skyscraper in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and developed by Boris Kuzinez of Five Points Development, the 56-story structure will yield 26 full-floor and duplex condominium units with an average scope of 3,200 square feet, including at least one quadruplex unit. PG New York is heading the facade installation. The tower stands on a 5,000-square-foot plot at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.

Five Points Development Group has received attorney general approval for a spring 2025 sales launch for 262 Fifth Avenue, a 56-story residential skyscraper in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect, the 860-foot-tall structure will yield 26 condominium units with an average scope of 3,200 square feet, including full-floor and duplex residences and at least one quadruplex unit. The property is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.

Ten-Year Lease Extension Signed at 387 Park Avenue South In NoMad, Manhattan

A new ten-year lease extension was recently signed by commerce media company Criteo at 387 Park Avenue South, a 13-story office building located in NoMad, Manhattan. Owned by TF Cornerstone, the building is currently at full occupancy.

Impact Equities to Acquire 103 East 29th Street In NoMad, Manhattan

Impact Equities, a real estate development firm led by principal Joseph Leno, has recently entered into a contract to purchase 103 East 29th Street in NoMad, Manhattan. The purchase price is undisclosed, and the firm plans to close on the site by the end of 2024.

Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by B&R Global Services, LLC, the structure will yield four residential units and ground-floor retail space. The property is located on a narrow interior lot between East 29th and East 30th Streets.

1162 Broadway Completes Construction in NoMad, Manhattan

Construction is complete on 1162 Broadway, a 14-story commercial building in the Madison Square North Historic District of NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Okada & Co. under the 1162 Broadway LLC, the 185-foot-tall structure yields 30,000 square feet of Class A office space and 1,800 square feet for a restaurant on the ground floor and cellar level. The property is located between West 27th and 28th Streets on a narrow interior lot.

Michelin-Starred Restaurant Group JKS To Open New Location At 1245 Broadway In NoMad, Manhattan
