Property owner Wing Kuen Tsoi has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit residential building at 278 Nassau Avenue, in eastern Greenpoint. The structure will measure 4,974 square feet. Each floor will host a single unit plus part of the building’s fourth apartment. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot plot, located on the corner of Morgan Avenue, is currently occupied by a single-story commercial structure. The G train’s Nassau Avenue stop is 13 blocks away.
