Formerly known as 29th & 5th, the project is being developed by HFZ Capital Group and is slated to top out at 551 feet, making it one of the tallest structures in Midtown below the Empire State Building. Pavarini McGovern, LLC is the general contractor for the nearly 300,000-square-foot development.
