Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 89 Ludlow Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Located between Broome Street and Delancey Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Bowery subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains and the Grand Street station, serviced by the B and D trains.
