Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 752 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Located between East 65th Street and East 66th Street, the lot is four blocks south of the 68th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains. It is also four blocks north of the Lexington Av-63 Street subway station, serviced by the F, Q, and R trains. SL Green Realty Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
