Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Sun Equity Partners and the Heskel Group have closed on the $27 million purchase of the 23,439-square-foot site at 40-31 82nd Street, located along Ithaca Street and Baxter Avenue in northern Elmhurst.
