The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Five-Story, Four-Unit Residential Project Filed At 75 Herkimer Street, Bedford-Stuyvesant

Casa Development Inc. has filed applications for a five-story, four-unit residential building at 75 Herkimer Street, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant, located around the block from the Nostrand Avenue stop on the A and C trains. The new structure will measure 4,610 square feet and its residential units should average a relatively spacious 1,153 square feet apiece. The ground and second floors will contain two duplex units, and the third, fourth, and upper mezzanine level will house two triplex units. The project will be topped by a rooftop terrace. Amenity space will be located in the cellar. The developer, headed by Long Island-based Campani & Scharting Architects, is designing in-house. An existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
