The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Construction has reached street level at 11 Avenue C, aka 350 East Houston Street, a future ten-story mixed-use building designed by Rotwein+Blake Architects with SLCE as the architect of record. The structure will rise about 110 feet high and yield just under 50,000 square feet of space. Of this, 4,100 square feet will be dedicated to commercial use and 38,162 square feet to residential space divided among 45 apartments, averaging over 800 square feet apiece.
