Designed by RKTB Architects, the structure yields 36 residential units, recreational space in the cellar and on the rooftop, and ground-floor commercial and community facility space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 35 units for residents at 70 to 110 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $41,863 to $182,050.
