My initial order came in the wrong colour - most likely my error when ordering. I contacted Prime Prometics to return my incorrect order and arrange to re order in the correct colour and received the most amazingly generous and speedy response. I have not used the product yet, but the after sales service is 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Australian based company to you.

I live in Brisbane Australia. I found delivery very prompt. The communication surrounding expected delivery dates is frequent and accurate. I find the fabric exceptional quality and very suitable for our Australian summers. The designs and prints are not available everywhere here, so when I wear a Marielle Stokkelaar dress I have a very low risk of someone else appearing in the same dress. The designs are very flattering and feminine. I am size XL and they fit me beautifully. I have had to take up the length on one dress because I wish to wear flat shoes with it, and I had to have the waist band let out on a stunning skirt. All easy fixes with minimal additional expense for a really great fit. Living in a country where our summer is starting when yours is ending means we can take advantage of the summer sales. I have 6 pieces from the range now and I would not hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone - just know if you are in Brisbane, someone else might be wearing your dress!
