I bought the forever lip stain. Not only does it have a bad odor, it doesn't work. The 'stain' lasts less than my normal lipstick. I do not recommend this product.

I order this product it was to be a lip stain, it showed to outline your lips, then fill in the lips with the lipstick. I received the product and tried it, first there was not enough product to line your lips much less feel them in. The applicator was dry and you could not even get anything out. I checked on your return policy, but unfortunately not thinking there would be an issue I had thrown the box and papers with it out. I had previously ordered a few things so I never thought there would be an issue. I will never order this product again. I have learned my Leason

I’ve been trying for days to get instructions on how to obtain a refund on two items that I purchased. I’ve sent a copy of the original. Multiple times I have sent the specific info that was requested, which was the order number and my mailing ZIP Code to no avail.
I keep getting a response that my order info cannot be found and I need to make sure I’m sending the correct information. I’ve sent at least five emails over the past couple of days..
I need to return the mascara which was so stiff. It was difficult to get off even with eye makeup remover, and I do believe I lost some lashes in the process. And also the under eye cream that was supposed to help diminish eyebags which made my skin sting so badly I immediately had to wash it off.
So that was bad enough, but now I cannot get instructions for a return and a refund because they can’t find my order information. This is absolutely ridiculous.
The last email I sent I requested that someone called me and gave them my phone number and I said if I don’t hear from them soon, I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau!

If I could give zero stars I would. The product I bought came dried up and customer service kept playing games saying they could not find my order #, then my address, then my zip code, etc. Please do not buy products from these scammers.

I was hoping to transition my make up and skin care products with Prime Prometics products. The company stated that they stand by their products and they seem to boast of an excellent refund or exchange policy, but, in the last week and a half, I have sent countless emails to do a return/exchange of two products that did not work for me. It has been a nightmare. Inconsistent communication has been the biggest issue, no one answered my emails for days & days. When finally a customer service rep did answer me, and we sorted out that I would take an exchange rather than a refund, I felt a sense of relief and was looking forward to the exchanged product to arrive. However, today, someone cancelled my request for an exchange, it says “customer cancelled”, which is inaccurate. I never cancelled this. This is beyond upsetting as I am back to the beginning of this mess. So, I can’t give this company anything more two stars until this problem is fully resolved. At this point, I have decided I want a full refund. If I want any other product, I will order it myself but we will see. I do not want to go through this again. It is beyond frustrating.

The product was orange and thick. Then I realized it was from America.

I ordered the Tattoo lip stain. I used it two days in a row. It dried out my lips and I have three sores on my lips. I will never use again! I do have the foundation and love it!

My initial order came in the wrong colour - most likely my error when ordering. I contacted Prime Prometics to return my incorrect order and arrange to re order in the correct colour and received the most amazingly generous and speedy response. I have not used the product yet, but the after sales service is 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Australian based company to you.

The PrimeLift Instant Eye Tightener is a waste of money. I have a bit of a dark circle under my left eye - not too pronounced but still noticeable - and purchased the PrimeLift Instant Eye Tightener so I could even it out with my right eye. The product didn't make one bit of difference. Applied it several times, used it as directed, looked at it under different shades of lighting...nothing. I also bought the much-lauded foundation, played around with it over several days to get used to applying it...each time came out looking like a ghost. The two products cost me £72 in total and I feel ripped off. Should have known better than to buy from a company advertising on Facebook. Don't waste your money! lesson learned here. Boots No7 Stay Perfect foundation is far far superior!!!

Great coverage but stays tacky all day long.

Look out for the auto-subscriptions. I just noticed this morning, every 3 months. On the good side their help email replied to mine immediately that the sub had been cancelled but there was nothing they could do about the money taken at 4am UK time

I am reviewing the new Mulberry mascara only. I was so excited to see colored mascaras coming out again, with alleged healthier ingredients for eyelashes, which tend to shrink as one ages. The first tube I got was virtually bone dry. I contacted the company and must say their customer service and support is excellent. They offered me a refund, or to send me another tube. I opted to try it again because the color is flattering for my eye color. Unfortunately, the tube was very dry AGAIN. I have to repeatedly dig and scrape the tube with the wand to try to get ANY product. Then repeat, repeat, repeat just trying to get something on the wand so I haven’t completely wasted my money. With so little product in the tube I have to apply coat after coat. I wish they would address this problem because I love the color. But I won’t be purchasing again due to the lack of product in the tube. For the price, I am very disappointed. Has anyone else tried any of their other colored mascaras and experienced this issue?

I would give it zero if I could. States 30 day money back guarantee and I have been sending emails everyday asking for my refund and no response. They offered a replacement product on day one, I said no, just my money back And that was it never heard from them again.

Support is nonexistent, unhelpful after a purchase, or fail to respond entirely. I have responded 7 different time to get a refund for a dried-up product they sent. All I have received was a thank you for your patience and then waited 4 more days for the reply. I have purchased several products and they great, but as I said at the beginning, customer service is nonexistent! 2 weeks 7 emails later still waiting.

This is THE best mascara. I have tried from luxury brands to grocery store inexpensive. My lashes look amazing! A must try!!

I cancelled my order less than 5 minutes after I placed it (I read a very bad review and changed my mind.) I got an automated confirmation but was charged anyway. I emailed THREE times and got NO response. Eventually, I received the order and requested to return it and got NO response to that either. I realized it was never going to be resolved, so I opened the package. The mascara is garbage! Flaky and awful!

I bought the Mulberry mascara. It’s the worst mascara I have ever used. It does not look any different in color to black. It is harder to put on and doesn’t build the lashes at all. When removing, it took some of my lashes with it. The smell of the mascara is strong, chemical like. I feel like I was putting on a liquid plastic. Used twice and threw away.

They only post positive reviews of their products. I find this dishonest and non-transparent. I tried to post a negative review of one of their products and they won’t post it. Dishonest and deceiving.

I have ordered 3 times now over the past 1.5-2 years. I absolutely adore the color changing foundation. Prime lash mascara I have tried in black, brown and charcoal gray and loved them all. Stay put, no under eye smudging, yet comes off easily when washing your face. The eyeliner is great and I love the blush wand. Will try the set of 3 next time I order. Thank you for a great product!
