Unfortunately, my experience with the company and its support was very negative.
They delivered the goods to the wrong address, returned them to the sender, and refunded me, deducting €25 for shipping costs. Terrible customer service.

I’m really happy with my purchase
I’m really happy with my Desenio prints. The quality stood out straight away — thick paper, beautiful colours, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. The print and frame came separately, but they were super easy to put together. They look even better in person and completely elevated my space, adding warmth and personality without overpowering the room. I’d definitely recommend it!

Low quality not worth the high price
The print was ok but the quality of the frames is a no go for that price…the smallest has a ruined paint on the metal frame and the plexiglass already is scratched, although I took it out with extreme care :-\ I paid 160 CHF…
