They falsely marked my order as 'delivered'

On 17th September, I placed an order containing 20 items in total—10 frozen items and 10 regular items—which were shipped in two separate parcels.
They were scheduled to arrive by 10:00 PM on 17th September, but failed to do so. To make matters worse, the tracking status for Parcel 1 (containing the frozen items) shows as "Delivered," yet I never received it nor did I sign for it.

What is most absurd is that starting from 9:49 PM that night, I was continuously monitoring the tracking updates on your website. It showed the delivery was just two stops away, and I kept watching for it. Unfortunately, by 10:00 PM, the package still hadn't arrived, yet the tracking status suddenly changed to "Delivered." However, neither my CCTV footage nor my direct observation from outside showed any delivery driver coming to my house. In summary, I haven't received any frozen goods.

By 12:00 PM on 18th September, I only received Parcel 2. Since Parcel 1 contains all frozen goods, I can confirm that I have never received them at all.
I left messages via website's customer service between 17th Sept to 19th , and today is already the fourth day with no follow-up whatsoever. To be honest, this is my third time purchasing from joybuy, and I have never experienced anything like this before. I truly hope the person in charge will look into this and resolve my case.

Superb company

Superb company! Great stuff and fast delivery. I ordered one afternoon and items were delivered the next morning. Also, I thought it would come in pieces and I would have to assemble it but it was already in one piece in a protected box.
