We are currently looking into what may have caused the information to reset when using the “Save for later” function, as this is of course something we want to investigate further.
At the same time, before an order is submitted, a preview is shown with the information entered. Once the order has been placed, we also send an order confirmation containing all the details that will appear on the poster, including the length, together with a link to review the final design and an option to make changes up to six hours if anything is incorrect.
We understand that this is frustrating, especially if the information appeared differently earlier in the process. However, as the poster was produced according to the details confirmed in the order, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a free replacement. This is why we offered a discount on a corrected poster.
We’re sorry for the disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I recently purchased a black and white birth poster on canvas for my three children, and I was overall satisfied with the final product. The minimalist design effectively captures the essential details of each child's birth, adding a modern aesthetic to our home decor. Upon receiving the poster, I noticed a small chip mark on the side of the frame. While it was a minor issue, I found the overall quality of the canvas to be quite good. Additionally, I accidentally provided an incorrect birthdate for one of my children. However, the company’s customer service was commendable; they quickly sent me a corrected version along with a new frame at no extra charge.
I really do appreciate their responsiveness in addressing my concerns promptly and without complication. Overall, my experience with this black and white canvas birth poster has been positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant way to celebrate their children's milestone as I love mine.❤️
