That's Crafty! - By the sea

Hi everyone,

It's time again for another fortnightly challenge over at That's Crafty! with the theme: By the sea. 

So we'd love to see all things sea related, be it on, near or under the sea so quite a wide scope to play with I think ;)

I did a painting on wood for this with a girl looking rather mournfully out to sea, maybe missing home or a loved one?

That's Crafty! - Friday the 13th Part 1

Hi everyone,

Time for another challenge over at That's Crafty! Challenge blog and this fortnight's theme is: Friday the 13th Part 1. 

Now this can include quite a number of things really, spooky, horror, superstitions etc entirely up to you as long as it follows the general theme....no fluffy bunnies sort of thing!
Come along and play and you could be in a chance to win the £20 voucher...yay.

I made a card for this which I'd class as mildly spooky I suppose....it didn't scare the cat so I'm safe!

A Bright Beauty

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all okay out there.....Spring was here in the UK briefly but now we have a deluge of rain!

Lovely Rachel, the owner of Darkroom Door stamps, was extremely kind to send me some stamps to have a little play with.....yes I know I am very lucky! Many of you already know what wonderful quality they are so it was really fun having a little stamping session ;)

Here's the card I made and this was also the first time I was trying out my Zig Clean Color pens...hmmm, still on a learning curve with them...they are sooooo bright!

That's Crafty! - Do what you love

Looks like I'm back...did anyone miss me?! I'll be catching up with your blogs as soon as I get back into the swing of things....feels like I've been away longer then I actually have!

Had a lovely few days in the English Lake District although it was freezing and snowed....yes in April.....just my luck :/
