Now let's see what wonderful inspiration the Design Team have for you this week.
The DT's twist on the challenge theme is to Use a Design Sheet from one of the collections.

Jacki:For my card I have used design sheet 12 from the new Helga download I put the card together digitally in my MCS programme to create this really simple but pretty Retirement card using the different elements on the design sheet.

Ruth:  The Design sheets on each CD are such good value and you get sooooo much to work with! The hardest bit is trying to decide which elements to use!  I've gone for Work and Play 12 - Geek Scientist - you can buy the sheet on its own or if you want more, buy the download as you get each character with its own design sheet.  All I've added is some card candi, glitter glue and glossy accents!

Alysha ~ Hi there! This week as always is anything goes over at Polkadoodles Challenge Blog but DT have used a Design Sheet. I have used HELGA Polkadoodles new release for January, hope you love her as much as I do, hugs Aly xx

Helen - What better to combat those winter blues than a little bit of retail therapy. I've used the Dolly Daydream Girl Talk Download Collection which you can find right here, the card shape is a template from the collection and I've coloured up Dolly Daydream and attached her to the front of the card.

Lisa - I've used a designed sheet from the Winston Download Collection to create a masculine birthday card.

Karon - For my card this week I have used Design Sheet #11 from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles collection.  You can also get just this Design Sheet #11 on its very own if you need a quick card to make.  All I have added is an embossed backing paper, everything else is from the Design Sheet.

Pauline - For my card I have used a design sheet from the Rose Budd Collection, the papers and sentiment are also from the collection.  I have inked the edges of everything and just added some ribbon and pearls.

creativEle  - I used a design sheet from the WINNIE FRUIT PUNCH BIG BUNDLE.  I created a three-dimensional paper imagining the front & back of a shoes store SHOPAHOLIC.

Lots of fabulous creations to inspire you.

Our Winner and Top 3 of our Anything Goes Challenge Weeks 2/3
will be announced next Friday.

Now it's over to you.

The winner of this challenge will receive a $10 gift voucher to the Polkadoodles download store.

Now let's see the inspiration for the challenge...

Scatty Jan hmmmm something beginning F had to be flowers for me. My friend is celebrating her 70th birthday so I wanted to make something a little special. I chose the lovely lantern template from The Lavender Tea collection. It looks quite red in the photo's but its a really deep pink in real life.  I wanted to match the flowers in so I decorated using Lemonade Fizz collection, I think they work perfectly together. All that was added to finish were some pearls, a few fern dies and a battery operated candle.....
Lots more photos and info on my blog xx

Tracy - Well for this challenge I decided to do a birthday card for my nephew so I picked a precoloured image from Winston Bear Collection holding a cake..."Food". Again lots of layering as I find fussy cutting a joy and I inked the edges to make images "pop" out
Katrina - Well, they're so pretty (and apparently all the rage at the moment), so it had to be F for Flamingo. The digi stamp is from the Winnie in Wonderland CD and I've coloured it in with pink and purple sparkle pens. The gorgeous backing paper is from the same CD and for the greeting I used one of the stamps from the Daisydays set.
Anita - Hi everyone so for my F'S I used Flowers, Frame, Fancy, Frugal i used a selection of papers from Rose Budd collection which has oodles of papers on, my sentiment qoute from the work and play 10 collection - country life i had fun this week.
Claire C What a fun challenge! My 'F' is frosty and I've used lots of bits and bobs from the gorgeous ' Octavia Frosted Winter' collection which you can find here as a CD or here as a download. I always make my 0wn jar of 'frost' for wintery cards by mixing up different grades of glitter, mica flakes and anything else in my craft stash that looks a bit frosty.
Michelle Wow all as I could think of for something beginning with F was yummy food lol. So I used The VIP XXL Starfish and Sandcastle Collection because it had so many yummy foods to use. I have made a bendy Card and I have only used things from the collection to decorate it hope you all like it.
Bev here with a bright and vibrant card using one sheet (yes you heard right) of the flower stacks from one of the older collections, Back to Nature. the sentiment used is from Magic Garden....
Anjie - Now I really pushed the boat out with this one as on my card I have a Flamingo, some Feathers, some Flowers and some Foliage! Do you think that's enough F's? To make this card I have used the lush Tropical Paradise Flamingo stamp set. The Flamingo you can get as a digi download on it's own HERE. I needed to add some Foliage in there so decided to use the leaf from the Lemonade Fizz stamp set. Lots more info on my blog.
Lovely creations to inspire you all with our Anything Goes or Something beginning with F challenge!
Our winners of our Anything Goes challenge 32/33 and our Feather in my Cap winners for using PD images (more details on this up top in the tabs section), will be announced next Friday.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Here is some fab inspiration from the team...
Nikky...I don't get to join in very often but this week I managed...and I've used this lovely Mirabelle Mermaid image called Swimming Around from Polkadoodles Meribelle collection. I decided to turn her upside down as if she was floating around in the ocean...
Scatty Jan I had lots of fun making these simple trio of cards. I used two of the lovely stamps from the Daisydays collection. For my texture I used embossing folders. Lots more photo's and info on my blog xx

Anjie - I've used the Tropical Paradise Flamingo clear stamp set. I stamped onto my colouring card with a clear Versamark embossing ink, then added clear embossing powder over it and heat set it all. I then used 4 distress inks to create the background. This really makes the clear embossing pop and adds great texture. I then stamped and created the message topper in the same way. I added my squiggly line around the edges and mounted the sentiment using 3D foam pads. Finally I stamped some flowers and foliage, coloured them and added some pearls in the centre and glued in place. More info on my blog.

Tracy - I decided for my textured card to use this image from Winston Bear collection. It has many layers that adds texture and 3d look. If your into fussy cutting you will love this collection!
Katrina - As the start of the new term is only a few weeks away I've made a back to school card. I've used the pre-coloured version of the teacher image from the Work and Play 3 CD, and for the greeting I've used a stamp from the Sensational Sentiments set. I've added texture with an embossing folder that has an alphabet design, to fit in with the school/college theme.
Michelle For my project I have used the Winnie in Wonderland Collection I have used a digital image called I'm Late I have also used Design sheet 7 and the Ephemera embellishments and to add my texture I used Modelling paste and distressing tool...
Bev for my make this week I decided to give mixed media another shot. Its always a way of adding plenty of layers and texture. I used the Daisydays Stamp Me set as my main focal point and the background is a mixture of texture paste, acrylic paint, stamps & diecuts.

Claire C I've made a canvas using one of the digis from the Winnie in Wonderland Collection. I've coloured her with my Graph'It Markers and layered her up over one of the beautiful papers and lots of embellies from the same collection (you can find it here as a CD or here as a download). I've added lots of texture with glossy accents on the embellies, black gesso around the edges, some stencilling using glassy gel medium mixed with red acrylic paint and a border made of glitter.
Anita - I loved adding texture on my make this week using the fabulous Summertime clear stamps, My texture was embossing , Hessian, Lace, Cheese cloth, Distressed edges, wooden elements, Die cuts , Fibres and Twine. I had another play with water colours thank you nikky for introducing them too me.

Fabulous inspiration by the Design Team.

Anyway, let's get on with the show and see what the wonderful Design Team have for your inspiration this week...

Tracy - I made a rectangle/oval shaped card for this challenge. I used Paper, sentiment, and all cut outs you can see on this card from Winston Bear collection. Winston is raised over the layers giving him a real 3d look.

Katrina - For my rocker card I have used part of a sentiment, some papers and a digistamp from the fabulous Starfish and Sandcastles VIP XXL Collection. Rocco is coloured with Promarkers and I've added buttons and cloud die-cuts to finish.

Scatty Jan For my project this week I have used a little mixture . I have mainly used Winston Bear collection but also added a little of Picknix. I started with the scissors which is covered using papers from Winston , the scissors sit neatly on a little box which opens so handy for a treat. The tape measurse's , manaquin are from Picknix all other elements from Winston. I had a few bits left over so made a matching card

Bev here with my idea for anything but square. I decided to use one of the embellies from Starfish & Sandcastles I took it into my graphics programme, duplicated it and made my card blank then decorated it with lots of other goodies from the collection. Don't you just love the sentiment?

AnjieOn my card I've used the Oceania Clear Stamp set. I used the Whale and Whale tail to stamp a background out. I then created some mats and layers and stamped onto watercolour card with a versamark ink pad and used a clear embossing powder. When I heat set the images I then whooshed over them with a blue paint from my Gansai Tambi Watercolours paints. I then raised those up with 3D foam and there you are, all done. A really quick and simple card to make.

Anita - Hi there this week I played with Winnie hello from the gorgeous Winnie in Wonderland collection coloured with alcohol markers, added lots of embellies  and the fabulous sentiment qoutes from the cd.

Michelle  For my project I have used the Twiggy and Toots Collection  I have also used Winnie Fruit Punch Collection for some of the papers. I have coloured the image with Copic markers. The card base was cut out on my silhouette cameo.

Claire C: I've made a door hanger for my project using the adorable Lily Bug Love, she's such a cutie and so much fun to colour! Papers are from the same collections and I've coloured the lovely Lily with my Graph'it Markers. Lily is available here as a cd or if you can't wait to start printing she's available as a download here. If you just want the digi, it's called Lily Bug Sending love and you can find her here.

Lou: I have used "Dancing Queen" as my focal image and then one of the digi embellishments, clapper board, to create my card base. Both are from the Winnie Fruit Punch collection

Lovely creations to inspire you all with our Anything Goes challenge!

Have a great weekend everyone. Thanks for sharing your creations with us, we love coming to visit and appreciate you taking part in our challenges.

Are you looking for some fabulous and fun papers to make your
Halloween or Fall creations.

Then why not go and check out the latest additions to the store.

Some great paper bundles and fabulous Halloween digital images for
you to colour too :-)

The Design Team have been busy once again.  So let's see what they
have for your inspiration this week.

Scatty Jan - For my shaped card I have used the Work and Play 11 collection going for the golf theme.  I have used both the Male and Female Golfer although he is hidden - I coloured up with pencils . Everything used is from the collection - the images are available as digis too - Female Golfer  and Male Golfer.

Asha - My favourite card shape is rectangular. Not too boring when you have great material to work with. My card features images and papers from the Witchie Witchie CD, which is fabulously ghoulish and perfect for fun Halloween projects. I coloured the witch with pencils. She's called Witch Wendie and is also available as a separate download digi.

Ria -  Okay I think I will be the most boring one on the team as my favourite is Square cards... I just love to make them in all sizes. So for my card I used the papers and sentiment from the Work and Play 9 love and kisses collection.  And I used this gorgeous stamp called Winter Time from the Octavia Frosted Winter collection to show you that she is perfect for other occasions... She is coloured with pencils.

Aunty Sue - Now for my card I have done a Stepper card. I just love these but do struggle with the measurements so is not my normal shape but one of my Favorites. My card features the fabulous CD - Octavia Frosted Winter. Oh the detail on these CD papers, embellishments and images are just awesome. You can find the cd/download in the shop HERE. I have coloured this with my Pens and used lots of embellishments and sentiment from the CD.

Karon - Now I made my favourite fold (the Z or S fold card) totally missing the point that it was favourite shape, but hey it's a shape right?!  I used the wonderful Winston collection for my card. Everything is from the collection and I added a little metal floral charm from my stash.  This is Etty's new Dress and she is also available as a single digi to download and colour.

Jenny - Here is my favourite shaped card, I love easel cards and the circle ones are just a little bit special. I have used Octavia Frosted Winter for my card and have printed onto photo paper as i used the collection but the image is also available as a stand alone digi.

Wendy - I'm really quite boring with my card shapes, my favourite is square. For this card I've used Spooky Mummy from this years Halloween release, the papers are from two different collections, Halloween/Autumn 2015 bundle 1 & bundle 2. The sentiment is from Spooky 2015 bundle and the frame is from the 2013 Witchie Witchie bundle.

Jackie - My creation for the favourite card shape is a box card. I have used the wonderful papers and pre-coloured digis from the Work and Play 5 Collection- Festive Hollybobs. Time to start getting ready for Christmas!

Fabulous inspiration from the ladies.

Our winners for the Shabby Chic challenge will be announced next Friday.

Now lets take a look at the fabulous creations this week... however we need to give a warm PD welcome to our newest PD DT team members; Jackie and Jessie.

Jackie - For the new challenge of using patterned paper I have made an easel card using the digi "Maddie With Present". She is such a sweetie! Details for colouring are on my blog.

JessieI have used Winston Bear Etty Friends for this card and coloured her up with my inktense pencils. I have used 3 patterned papers, I tend to use lots and lots of layers on my cards so I even tried to keep it to a minimum this time. The white pannel actually has flowers and dots embossed on it even though the camera didn't pick it up very well. A little ribbon and some enamel dots finish off this card.

Naz - The image I have used here is a combination of three separate digis. The owl called HATS OFF TWIGGY is from Twiggy and Toots collection. BEAUTIFUL BIRDHOUSE 1 and the cat. I coloured the images with Copics and used foam adhesive to adhere it to the card. The Happy Birthday sentiments that I have used are also from Polkadoodles. To finish off the card I added some stitching for embellishment.

Ria- hi, this week I am showing you Snow White coloured with pencils. I created the card with the Eden Collection

Hi Bev here with my idea for 2 or more papers. I browsed through my Polkadoodles collection and decided to go back a fair way..... to Paper Boutique 2 Creative Christmas Collection there are some fabulous ideas and templates on this collection. Feel free to pop over to my blog to see how I achieved this look.

Anita -  Hi there today for my 2 papers or more inspiration I used the fabulous Work and play 11 and the skater girl image is available Here.. The papers are super lush and I have used 3 different ones, plus the awesome skull cutting file.

Jenny - I have had a mix of collections for my card this week, my two patterned papers came from Dollie Daydream Goes East and my topper is from the Serenity collection.

Yvonne - I had a wee break but missed my teamies so much I snuck back into the team when Nikky wasn't looking! It was inevitable that my first make back was going to be Serenity. I used Serenity Butterfly which you can get as a single digi image or as part of the digi download collection. Serenity is also available as a CD-Rom too. I used one of Nikky's Frame Digi Files, this is Frame 1.  I used one of the papers from Serenity and one of the papers from the Distressed Wood collectionThe sentiment is from the Serenity Collection and the flowers are from Octavia Moonfly Collection.

Wendy - You'd expect having to use patterned papers would make your project look quite busy, well I've gone down a different track and done a clean & simple card. All aspects of my card are from the Twiggy and Toots collection. You can also all the papers as a separate bundle here and the butterfly, which is part of the embellies bundle, can be bought here.

Anjie - I have used the Oddella with Bag digi, and papers from the Octavia Collection. I have coloured Oddella in with my Graph'It Markers.

So much wonderful inspiration.

Can't wait to see what you come up with, we love visiting your blogs
to take a look see at your wonderful creations.
Remember only 2 entries per person please.

We will announce the winner of our Add some Embossing challenge next Friday.

Have a great week!
