2 Chronicles 6 (KJV)

1 Then said Solomon, The Lord hath said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.
2 But I have built an house of habitation for thee, and a place for thy dwelling for ever.

7 Now it was in the heart of David my father to build an house for the name of the Lord God of Israel.
8 But the Lord said to David my father, Forasmuch as it was in thine heart to build an house for my name, thou didst well in that it was in thine heart:

14 And said, O Lord God of Israel, there is no God like thee in the heaven, nor in the earth; which keepest covenant, and shewest mercy unto thy servants, that walk before thee with all their hearts:

18 But will God in very deed dwell with men on the earth? behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house which I have built!

29 Then what prayer or what supplication soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:
30 Then hear thou from heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and render unto every man according unto all his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou only knowest the hearts of the children of men:)
31 That they may fear thee, to walk in thy ways, so long as they live in the land which thou gavest unto our fathers.

32 Moreover concerning the stranger, which is not of thy people Israel, but is come from a far country for thy great name's sake, and thy mighty hand, and thy stretched out arm; if they come and pray in this house;
33 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calleth to thee for; that all people of the earth may know thy name, and fear thee, as doth thy people Israel, and may know that this house which I have built is called by thy name.

36 If they sin against thee, (for there is no man which sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them over before their enemies, and they carry them away captives unto a land far off or near;
37 Yet if they bethink (think on reflection; come to think.) themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned, we have done amiss (inappropriate, not quite right; inappropriate or out of place.), and have dealt wickedly;

38 If they return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity, whither they have carried them captives, and pray toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, and toward the city which thou hast chosen, and toward the house which I have built for thy name:
39 Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee.

Jeremiah 3 (KJV)

12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the Lord, and I will not keep anger for ever.
13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the Lord thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the Lord.

14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the Lord; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:
15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the Lord; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications (earnestly praying) of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the Lord their God.
22 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the Lord our God.

Psalm 143 (KJV)

1 Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.

8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

Peace / 1 Timothy 2 (KJV)

1 I exhort (strongly encourage) therefore, that, first of all, supplications (earnestly asking), prayers, intercessions (mediating between two parties), and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

1 Timothy 5 (KJV)

1 Rebuke not an elder, but intreat (interact with) him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.

5 Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate (lonely), trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications (requests) and prayers night and day.
6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
7 And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless.

8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel (nonworshiper).

11 But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax (develope) wanton (lewdness) against Christ, they will marry;
12 Having damnation (loss of the soul), because they have cast (tossed) off their first faith.
13 And withal they learn to be idle (unproductive), wandering about from house to house; and not only idle (unproductive), but tattlers (gossipers) also and busybodies (snoops), speaking things which they ought not.
14 I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary (devil) to speak reproachfully (shame).
15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.

20 Them that sin rebuke (correct) before all, that others also may fear.
21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality (preference).

22 Lay (connect) hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker (company) of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.
24 Some men's sins are open beforehand (in advance), going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
25 Likewise also the good works of some are manifest (apparent) beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.

1 Timothy 2 (KJV)

1 I exhort (strongly encourage) therefore, that, first of all, supplications (requests), prayers, intercessions (interventions), and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

8 I will therefore (in respect to) that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection (discipline).
12 But I suffer (acknowledge) not a woman to teach, nor to usurp (assume) authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression (wrong-doing).
15 Notwithstanding (to the contrary) she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety (self-restraint).

Fall Aways : Returning Back to the Flock

REMEMBER:
22 And in all thine abominations (a thing that causes disgust or hatred.) and thy whoredoms thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, when thou wast naked and bare, and wast polluted in thy blood.

Job 33 (KJV)
27 He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
29 Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man,
30 To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.

Psalm 119 (KJV)
67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

Thank You Lord for your patience, grace, compassion and mercy on me every single second of my life. ~ Karmen

If you are a baptized Christian in the Holy Spirit and water you are living under God's grace, mercy and compassion.  No matter if you go to a church (building) or not.  You are the temple; not the building.  Be encouraged!  As long as you are here on earth you have a chance to repent and continue your righteous walk with God.

Proverbs 21 (KJV)
16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

Proverbs 28 (KJV)
10 Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.

Psalm 119 (KJV)
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.

Job 33 (KJV)
27 He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
29 Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man,
30 To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.

Hebrews 10 (KJV)
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Hebrews 6 (KJV)
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

2 Peter 2 (KJV)
20 For if after they have escaped the pollution of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing [indulge in an unrestrained way in (something that creates a pleasurable sensation)].  in the mire (a situation or state of difficulty, distress, or embarrassment from which it is hard to extricate oneself.).

Revelation 2 (KJV)
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick (light) out of his place, except thou repent.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Read about Nicolaitanes

Ezekiel 34 (KJV)
16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

Psalm 119 (KJV)
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

HOW TO PURIFY YOURSELF AND GET RIGHT WITH GOD?
Psalm 119 (KJV)
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

Read his word and practice righteousness. :) ~ Karmen
