Squirrel Update

Sunday afternoon when the temps got about 0º F, the squirrels were out and about, digging through the snow looking for their food caches.

 

Between the squirrels, the ice fishermen and the snowmobilers, there was so much activity going on outside it was hard to concentrate on the football games!

TwoFer Tuesday - Squirrel TV

Outside of my condo dining room window is a very tall oak tree. I happened to look out the other day and saw two young squirrels playing in the tree.

I also noticed a hole in the tree and thought it would make the perfect nesting spot for squirrels. Sure enough, in and out they went.

This is going to be fun watching them over the next several months. My new favorite TV channel!

Tired squirrel? Nah, just happened to snap it at the right second.
