Appearance

Main article: H-3 Nozzlenose#Appearance

The H-3 Nozzlenose VIP-R is broadly similar in appearance to the H-3 Nozzlenose, but takes on various green colorations instead of the usual blue. The grips of both the weapon and its valve lever as well as part of the nozzle head all have a finish of green snake scales, and the reel and hose are a flat green and green-tinted, respectively. An orange-brown rubber strap fastens a jagged metal piece to the underside of the nozzle head, while a Barazushi brand decal is visible attached to the side of the reel, similar to the decals found on other variants such as the H-3 Nozzlenose D.

Data

  • The H-3 Nozzlenose VIP-R is a middleweight weapon.
  • The matchmaking range is 17. The game's matchmaking system looks at a team's average matchmaking range value, and matches them against a team with a similar average.
  • The ink consumption is 2.08% per shot and 6.24% per burst, allowing the user to fire 16 full bursts on a full ink tank.
  • When pressing ZR, three shots will be fired at a time, as long as there is enough ink to fire all three.
    • If there is not enough ink to fire all three shots, then zero, one or two shots will be fired instead, depending on how much ink is left in the ink tank.
  • When firing a burst, a shot is fired every 5 frames.
  • After the last shot in a burst is fired, another burst cannot be fired for 20 frames.
  • When firing from humanoid form, the first shot takes 3 frames to come out. When firing from swim form, the first shot takes 13 frames to come out.
  • When a burst is started, it takes 35 frames before the user can enter swim form or use their sub weapon.
  • When firing while moving, the player's movement speed is set to 0.06 units per frame.
  • After firing, there is a 25 frame cooldown before the ink tank starts refilling.
  • Each shot has a base damage of 45 and minimum damage of 22.5.
  • If a shot is in the air for more than 8 frames after being fired, it will lose about 0.7 damage every frame until it reaches 22.5 damage at frame 40.
  • The bullet hitbox for collisions with players has a radius of 0.235 units.
  • The bullet hitbox for collisions with the environment has a radius of 0.2 units.
  • The angle its shots can deviate while on the ground is 1 degrees.
  • The angle its shots can deviate while in the air is 1 degrees.
  • The outer reticle immediately expands after jumping. After 20 frames, the outer reticle will start shrinking, and will finish shrinking after 50 frames.
  • The weapon starts off having a 1% chance to shoot towards the outer reticle instead of the inner reticle.
    • This chance increases by 1% per shot, and maximizes at a 25% chance to shoot towards the outer reticle, meaning that it takes 24 shots to reach minimum accuracy.
  • When jumping, the chance to shoot towards the outer reticle instead of the inner reticle is immediately set to 40%.
  • Accuracy starts recovering 5 frames after the player stops shooting. The chance to shoot towards the outer reticle decreases by 0.5% per frame, if the chance is not already at the minimum, meaning that it takes 53 frames to reach maximum accuracy. (83 after shooting while jumping.)
  • Shots initially travel straight at a rate of 2.875 units per frame for 4 frames. Shots travel straight for 11.5 distance units.
    • After that, the shot's velocity is set to 2.2698 units per frame if it is not already lower than the listed value, and it loses 36% of its speed every frame (including the first frame after it stops traveling straight). Once the shot velocity decreases below a certain threshold, it will begin to be slowed less and fall faster.
  • The effective range is about 15.09 units.
    • This number may vary at different firing angles.
  • There are a total of 5 different droplet patterns that a shot can create.
  • Droplets spawn about 6 units apart.
    • When a droplet falls at the player's feet, it falls about 1.35 units in front of the player.
  • A maximum of 3 droplets can be spawned each shot.
  • Droplets have a maximum inking radius of 1.633 units.
    • Droplets that fall at the player's feet have a maximum inking radius of 2.2862 units.
  • Droplets have their length multiplied by 1.2 if they fall from a height less than 3 units.
    • Droplets have their length multiplied by a number in between 1.2 and 1 if they fall from a height between 3 and 10 units.
    • Droplets have their length multiplied by 1 if they fall from a height more than 10 units.
  • When a shot lands on a floor within 1.1 units of the user, it will have a maximum inking width of 2.25.
    • When a shot lands on a floor more than 1.1 units away from the user, it will have a maximum inking radius of 2.25.
  • When a shot lands on a floor at an angle under 10 degrees relative to the floor, it will have its maximum inking length multiplied by 2.24.
    • When a shot lands on a floor at an angle between 10 and 35 degrees relative to the floor, it will have its maximum inking length multiplied by a number in between 2.24 and 1.31.
    • When a shot lands on a floor at an angle higher than 35 degrees relative to the floor, it will have its maximum inking length multiplied by 1.31. (1.12 if it falls more than 10 units before landing)
  • When a shot hits a wall, it will have an inking radius of 1.92 units.
