Unintentionally, Mom and I have this figured out. One last Christmas card post, and one last day before Christmas!

We received a surprise package a few days ago! It was from Buttons!

It was a really great card, a picture, and a little soldier! I love the picture! Mom says that it will be a great idea for next year!

My mom says that she got me something for Christmas, so I shall post a picture of it after we open presents tonight. (My mom’s family opens presents on Christmas Eve!)

A couple of weeks ago, my mom and I won a contest on Sullivan’s blog. It arrived a few days ago, and I am really honored!

You guys should see the candy bar! It probably weighs almost as much as I do! And the postcards are really cool as well! I’m hesitant to send out the postcards because they’re so pretty!

Thanks a million, Sullivan! The package really made my day!

Another quick post—because Mom mentioned something about tomorrow being Friday the 13th! I don’t know if I am a superstitious bear or not, but I think it’s best to err on the side of caution! I don’t have much to report anyways. The weather has been so incredibly hot lately for my mom that she doesn’t want to take me outside. And then she rambles on and on about something called mosquitoes, so I just agree to stay inside. We did venture out on the porch early one morning to show off my mail!

I got two lovely postcards! I do love getting mail. They were from Sullivan and Hammie!

And I received a very big package in the mail that contained a new book and some postcards! This is a book by Tat’s dad, Mr. Reardon! They are a part of a website called Bears on Location! I talk to Tat online via BearPlace! The book is about a pair of teddy bears that looks for treasure! I enjoyed it very much!

Mom wants to go to bed now, so I am going to end it here. I hope everyone is doing all right—and I hope the weather will cool off so Mom is more willing to take me outside! (Or she will take some other pictures inside!) Talk to you all later!

I have lots of news to share. I have decided to spread it out a bit. The first is that I got a package from Beanie a few days ago! It made me very happy! I love getting mail and packages! Mom says that I get more good mail and packages then she ever would!

Ta-da! My package!

Princess, our dog, decided to help. She is always very interested in things that come in the mail. Or in bags from outside. Or pretty much anything she can stick her head inside and sniff.

Here we are after Mom opened it. Princess is making sure she approves of everything inside!

Look at the beautiful bag! It has all sorts of cool things inside like pencils and paper! I was very impressed! Mom says that we will try our hand (or paw) at making a card and post our results!

Isn’t it pretty! And it’s even Mom’s favorite color, purple!

And a postcard! Yeah!! We all thank Beanie and his Mom for the great present! We are gathering our own package to send back!

I got a package in the mail today! I am such a happy bear. It was from my friend, Jeff Ogre, from BearPlace!

See! It even had my name on it! (It has my address on it too, but Mom says that is not something you share online!)

There were three things—two sweaters and a little bag of nifty pins! This is the red sweater! It fits great!

And this is the blue sweater! The pins say ‘I support Bearplace.net’, ‘Nom, nom, nom’ and ‘Skill’! I think they’re all wickedly awesome! I would wear them all the time if I could! I am a very, very happy bear!

On a closing note, Mom brought home two new friends yesterday from Build-a-Bear. They are Roderick, the dragon, and Annabella, the enchanted pony. I’ll write more about them later, but I thought they ought to be properly introduced on the day they came to live with us!
