Description/Reviews
Their sound explorations have led them to expand the languages of jazz, and incorporate elements of experimental rock, contemporary music and free improvisation. "Geometría del vínculo" [Geometry of the bond], Sales de Baño’s third album, can be understood as an avant-garde jazz album which is also connected with the spirit of Rock in Opposition. The ostinati converse with free forms, in sequences that can lead to attacks of noisy abstraction, which spring from both rock and free jazz, then go back and build complex sonic architectures where the guitar and the trumpet are featured as solo instruments.

Description/Reviews
This, their second-released recording, is a mysterious Suite which is divided into eight parts where Contemporary Music, Fusion, Avant-Prog, and Canterbury become R.I.O. The six-some's nondescript music oscillates somewhere between written sections and improvisational segments, thus deepening the instrumentation search where electric sounds and acoustic sonority may co-exist.

Description/Reviews
Great debut recording by this sextet which plays an almost impossible to classify mixture of Jazz Fusion, R.I.O. and Louis Andriessen's minimalism. Sales de Baño is led by Colombian Carlos Quebrada, and formed by a group of students coursing their Jazz career at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla (viajeroinmovil.com)
