(stray cats moments) / kucing kena buang kat pasar

I like to spend time with stray cats. Playing with them and buying human food like fried chicken, but then feeding them that.

But sometimes stray cats are difficult to handle.
- From human side, sometimes stray cats have serious skin problems so have to be careful in stroking and playing with them..,
and unfortunately,
- From the cat side itself, they are maybe too nervous, and sometimes stray cats just dont trust human beings.'
I am not surprised if they have nightmares of what humans had done to them and their kind before.

Time to tease this ruffian.. Very Teen Street Gangster Attitude this one LOL!!

Kucing2 dan anak2 kucing kena buang kat pasar...

Benda ni akan terus terjadi dan terjadi..

Terutama dimana ada pembangunan dari rumah kampong ke rumah pangsa atau yang sewaktu dengan nye, maka banyak la kucing kena buang kat pasar.....

Anyway... baru jugak ni...

Ni tu jam aku tengah tunggu bas ekpress kat terminal Larkin.

Aku speku ni kucing2 ni semua baru kena buang,
pasal aku tak pernah nampak...

Menggerutu la atas kepala dorang, dah bersisik2, tapi takde luka terbuka la, takde basah2...

So main2 la dengan dorang, sambil tunggu bas ekpress aku...
kasi makan, MACAM SIOT, cerewet siot makan, tak padan kucing kena buang kat pasar... HAHA.

Tapi yang besar2 dah dewasa sikit semua ok je makan, yang kittens kittens anak kucing ni semua je cerewet...

Tapi tu hari aku gi pasar larkin carik dorang sebelum aku naik bas ekpress, dorang dah takde...

Sedih... haha

Harap ada sapa pungut dorang kot? Atau bawak dorang gi tempat lain...

Kena taruk krim tu kat bijik2 yang kittens ni atas kepala tu...

pasal tak sampai kan dorang nak jilat sendiri, kucing punye lidah tu semua ubat semula jadi, tu la cuma atas kepala je dorang tak sampai ngan tengkok...

Tu ah kita kena garuk2 atas kepala dorang, pasal dorang tak sampai, nak dorang syok stim semacam kalau kena garuk atau gosok atas kepala. haha.


K tu je...  

Korang tengok la... dekni, siot abis keropok ikan aku semua dia bongkar....
ok la, dah seal kan keropok ikan tu...
Keropok ikan tamban, sedap ok... haha..

korang beli yang grade lebih baik sikit la, grade ada dua selalu nye kedai2 jual...

ok balik kepada kucing,,

dekni paling suka kena gosok belakang dia, sampai meniarap abis.. dan paling bersih..so feberet la haha.

River Safari - Caribbean Flamingos & Giant Pandas & tiger fish (pt i)

Salam semua...

Its my first time at the Singapore River Safari. basically the 3rd zoo , each with their own themes and specialities in Singapore with all situated in the same Mandai area. (THEY SHARE THE SAME PUBLIC BUS STOP!! lol!!)

As I had always love zoos, animal attractions and sanctuaries, I personally don't have any negative thing to say.

In summary, my personal opinion about these THREE zoos are:

- River Safari is a very very nice fantastic place and its windy LOL!!, 

- Night Safari is and always a simply spectacular awesome place due to its uniqueness and one of a kind place.. 

- but its still good old Mandai Zoo (the traditional daytime zoo) that will always be the very best for me. You basically can just sit down and stare and admire at your favourite animals from 8am to 6pm.

If you love nature, love animals, and you are in Singapore, I think you need minimum of two days to saviour all these three places, fair enough as Night Safari only opens when the sun sets.

So enjoy the photos, I will write some things that I had opinion or think its useful for me to share... next time..

Aku pun tak tahu ni burung2 flamingo ni dorang angkut dari Mandai Zoo nye enclosure atau ni baru nye sampai... 

Jadi... burung2 Caribbean Flamingo ni korang boleh nampak masa naik "sampan" nye pengangkutan tu kat satu "sungei"di River Safari...

Masuk bahagian ni, paling senang beli tiket bundle ngan River Safari nye naik boat..

Adults $8 dan Children $5.

Tapi take note ni tak termasuk bayaran masuk River Safari... dan dah termasuk enclosure Panda.. ada Giant Panda dan Red Panda yang sangat cute gitu Red Panda..

Tengok gambar bawah ni, korang naik serupa sampan mechanical gitu, kat saluran air dia gitu...

Jangan takut tak basah.. Ada la terhempas2 sikit sampan tu turun naik, tapi percikan air tak kasi korang basah pun...

OK la best la bahagian ni tapi korang kena laju carik binatang...ada broadcast la "to the left is...", "to the right is.... ""

tapi bukan nye binatang2 haiwan2 ni diri posing untuk korang, korang kena laju carik... dorang kat atas pokok la, sembunyik la, dalam semak la...

ni aku cakap ni yang amazon cruise ni la...

Sapa nak ambik gambar, ambik foto, hah...lagi kelamkabut la korang...

Nanti la yang lain aku cerita lain kali k...

Tengok ni Pink Flamingos... Cantik ok. 

OK moving on...

Kita settle kan Giant Panda dulu, seperti zoo Kuala Lumpur, ada dua Panda.... melayu panggil apa eh? Panda Gergasi kot? Panda hitam putih? Panda tak cukup tidur? haha.

Untuk Singapura punye, dorang split enclosure jadi dua untuk si dua ekor ni la nama dorang Kai Kai dan Jia Jia tak silap aku...

tapi dia back to back gitu, atau sebelah2, jadi bila bukak pintu je atau ruang je, dah kira dorang dah terus bersatu gitu.....

Ni Kai Kai...membuta je kerja dia.... tapi cantik kan enclosure dia?

Pemalu sey... ok la pompuan kan. I mean panda betina.. Kai Kai biasalah lelaki panda jantan, pedulik apa dia, membuta terkangkang in public..

Aku tak reti ambik foto Panda la, si Jia Jia ni dia sama ada jalan cepat2, atau dia gi kat tempat hujung2 sembunyik malu2 gitu...

Seronok la kan, at the end of the day... Makhluk Allah ni semua ye tak?

Giraffe Zirafah - Lucy,Roni,Growie - 2013 photos

Zirafah, Giraffe.

Look at me, look at me...

Paling tinggi, paling cute, lidah paling panjang,
sopan santun je aku nengok dorang ni, tapi part orang kasi makan ada gelojoh sikit,
aku suka antenna dua kat kepala dorang...Alien, nanoo, nanoo.

Antara sesi beri makanan yang paling menarik pada aku ialah sesi beri makanan kat zirafah. Makan la dorang lobak ke hapa ke... duit masuk tabung amal la untuk maintenance "Singapore Zoo", bayaran 5 ketul je.
Pasal....nanti dorang datang dekat2 ngan korang
dan korang dah nak sama tinggi ngan dorang kat sesi ni...

So you get to know there are 9 sub-species of giraffes, and though they are tallest in the world, and have the longest necks but the number of bones in a giraffe's neck is similar to a human, except the giraffe's is greatly enlarged.

So I took some close-up photos of Lucy & Roni ( the two female Angolan giraffes ) and Growie (the Baringo male ).
Dont ask me who is who because I still dont get it yet, maybe the next visit I can pick each one by name. Lucy is the one who is shy and run-away from people haha, this should be correct.

and I like it because of the information given out about these 2 ladies and a gentleman. And yes they looks very gentle, but I think their kick is deathly when they are in danger.

So the lion is showing of his tounge too...
Its great when the animals look towards your direction and so you can take photos of their faces.

white rhino nursing/suckling, hamaryads baboons, lion-tailed macaque, black white colubus monkey etc - April 2013 visit

Takkan habis la cerita pasal minat aku kat haiwan,
ni pertama kali aku nampak sendiri, White Rhino (melayu rasanya panggil Badak Sumbu Putih Afrika??) sedang menyusukan anak dia. Tak salah aku nama si kecik Jumaane dan mak dia Shova.

Now I know, - with all that body of " "armour".

A first time for me, seeing a baby White Rhino suckling/feeding/nursing on his mom. Their names are Jumaane and Shova.

Oh of course you have those having a relaxing time...
and I am cursing because I only got a short while on this zoo visit as I got to go to work for the afternoon shift haha.

Ni baru real nye badak berendam , syok je eh tengok dia berkubang.

Got some close-ups of one of the Mountain Goat this time when he was near the waterfall... Sorry I dont really know much about the origins of this specific kind, but the horns are awesome.
And they can really move around the steep rocks with no problem.

"dont go chasing waterfalls, stick to the rivers and lakes that you're used to"
TLC, how can they be forgotten?


Speaking of majestic, and also arrogance...
A visit to the Hamaryads Baboons section is always welcomed by many of them turning their backs against you haha..

Proud egoistic humans are sometimes a pain in the ass..
But when animals present that same image, they just look cool.

And I just GOT to improve on my taking of their photos next time.

ok speaking of primates/monkeys of all kinds...

next that I think I never blogged about before is

Lion-Tailed Macaque -  Because their facial features and tails resembles the lion.
Tak tahu lak garang cam singa tak? haha.

They are a kind of a black and white colour combination,

but there is another species which is actually called 
black and white colubus monkey and the thing is its first thought these species thumbs were chopped-of by the natives when they're first discovered but not so...they dont use it that much of their thumbs and it evolves.

Ciptaan Allah sangat luas dan berbeza-beza dan sampai buat manusia fikir macam2. Nanti la lain kali sambung.

meerkats / orangutans - visiting them April 2013

A visit to any zoo is always therapeutic.
Korang tentu setuju ngan aku kan, tengok dan layan binatang seribu kali bagus dari deal ngan sebahagian manusia.

MEERKATS - Forever one of my favourite in the whole animal kingdom and I do try to learn a lot about them.

I managed to get a video of their sentry/guard/security/protector/head on alert and glancing all over especially because there are a lot of birds like cranes flying at quite a low level.
Then a Chinook military helicopter came passing by but at quite a distance.

With one on alert, the others can proceed with whatever they want to do.....
If you observe, the sentry is not bothered with having shade from the sun. He is really doing his job, which is not what you can say about humans....  sigh.


ORANGUTAN or ORANG UTAN or how you want to spell it...

I got this video of the above baby orangutan trying to catch up with his elder brother at these very high ropes while at the same eating a fruit and ends up he drop it and he was looking down to see where the fruit went. So I think he decided to wait for his Mummy Orangutan, and when she was above me, I was thinking if she was to fall on top of me..Penyek sey aku.
