Chats on the Farmhouse Porch
It's time to head over to Patrice's
porch for the weekly chat. Here are this week's questions:
- Do you prefer wallpaper or paint?

My answers:
- I prefer paint - patterned wallpaper gets old after a while - doesn't seem to matter how much you love it when you first put it up.
- Loyalty, honesty, and the ability to listen. Also, the ability to give advice, even when it may not be what the friend wants to hear.
- Nope
- I have a two car garage but have never parked in it. One stall houses Biz's corvette and the other is full of a variety of stuff - lawnmowers, tools......
- I have been interviewing for different positions here at the university this week. Don't know that I really want to leave my office but have to at least do the interviews since they involve a promotion. We'll see what happens.
I love your answers , I agree on #1, #2 and #3. I usually park the van in the garage but got stuff in the middle temporarily, and I'm caring for an injured older calf who got stuck and injured her front thigh trying to free herself.

ReplyDeleteAT least you can scrub a painted surface if you need to. I agree with #2 about friendship.We have no plans for a summer vacation either. My sister lives at the beach a few hours away, so I might be able to eek a night or two there, but hubby always stays home to take care of the zoo. Hope you can relax after all the interviews.

I'm with you on the paint/wallpaper... And the paint is easier to re-do if it becomes a bit scruffy (or if you want a wee change ;)
