Halloween 2012

Costumes, Costumes everywhere! I LOVE that my kids are so easy going about costumes!  They might be one thing one week or another thing the next but I don't have to buy anything--we borrow them all!

 Our cousin Kaitlyn came for a visit and brought a fun costume for Abby.  Aren't they adorable!

 Nana even got in on the action and found my brothers jersey!  This little group went to a church Trunk or Treat while Xander & Eliza got to go to a carnival at Xander's school:

Yep, Xander got picked by the magician!  He was so excited to help out.  Funny thing is, he had just opened a magician toy and so he was pretty disillusioned by the 'magic' because he had learn that magic is just tricks. :)  Sorry bud!

The next week the girls performed their songs at Music Musics.  They did a really good job this month at learning the songs--both Violet & Abigail sang loud and proud!  Especially when they got to say BOO!

 Later that night we went Trick or Treating with our friends the Porters!

Halloween has come and gone again and lots of plans were made to be the amazing Mom who does all the amazing activities to commemorate the holiday and we scratched all that and went super simple.  I'm so grateful when my kids are flexible and forgiving to their Mom who is so inadequate!

October Happenings

October?  Where are you?  This month seriously sped a long with mundane things like colds, new teeth, etc.  We squeezed in one lunch date with Nana at her school--the kids LOVE getting to sit in the big kids desks!  Here's to a slower pace and a little vacation!

Ah, we are in LOVE with this little munchkins hair.  It's just adorable.  So glad I won't ever have to cut it!!
