BLACKMORE'S NIGHT - FIRES at MIDNIGHT (25th Anniv. New Mix) (2024) 2 VINYL.
On this album, Blackmore's Night started incorporating electric guitar into their songs, alongside organic instruments like hurdy gurdies, shawms and harps. They had been touring for several years at this point and were playing concerts in castle courtyards, churches and theatres. One evening, when leaving a venue in the Czech Republic late at night, the idea for "Fires At Midnight" was born. "It was bonfire night, and we could just see all of these bonfires that were lit on the hillsides", Candice Night recalls, "and that inspired the idea of the song 'Fires At Midnight'".

Η μουσική για το Nosferatu the Vampyre” είναι ένα από τα αγαπημένα soundtrack όλων των εποχών. Κατά την άποψή μου είναι μια μουσική πανδαισία, κάτι περισσότερο από συγκινητική και ενδιαφέρουσα. Ενώ από την μια υποκλίνεται στο «σκοτάδι», από την άλλη είναι η «επιτομή» της χάρης και της κομψότητας.

The music for Nosferatu ,the Vampyre is one of most favorite soundtracks of all time. In my opinion it is a musical feast, more than emotional and interesting. While, on the one hand it bows to "darkness", on the other hand it is the "epitome" of grace and elegance.

Into The Light is the new 6-CD box set from Whitesnake based on David Coverdale's three solo albums. Into The Light was originally released in September 2000 as David Coverdale's third solo album and was his first solo album in 22 years. Now it is being remixed with additional tracks and presented as a Whitesnake album. The impressive musical line-up of Into The Light includes guitarists Earl Slick and Doug Bossi, bassist Marco Mendoza, who later joined Whitesnake, legendary drummer Denny Carmassi, who also played with Montrose and Heart alongside Whitesnake, and Mike Finningan on keyboards, who played with Jimi Hendrix in the 60s.

These recordings took place in Hollywood during a single, 13-hour session, with little rehearsal and no overdubs, and, as you’ll hear, the emphasis is on straight up Chicago blues.
