Strawberri Crumb Muffin

ni pun kita buat minggu lepas jgk sbb nak hbiskan stberi yg ada...rspi asal To Die For Blueberry Muffin dari Allrecipe...cma kita tkar buat prisa strberi...sdpppp...nak2 klu digandingkan dgn secawan teh O....

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup white sugar - kita guna gula perang
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries - kita gnati dengan strawberi
  • 1/2 cup white sugar - kita guna gula perang
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
2.Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
3.To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
4.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.

Banana Crumb Muffin

sedappp...sedappp..sedappp..ini je yg kita bleh ckp...wpun muffin ni mukenya tu xlicin..berjerawattt...tapi mak oiiii cdpnyeee...nak2 tang jerawatnya tu...ranggupnyee!! kena buh bnyk2 crumb tu...kita buat ptg smlm...kira kuih utk mkn ptg la ni...memang sesuai sngat sbgai hdangan ptg atau pun bkpes...digndingkan plak dgn scwan kopi...nikmatnyee...tapi sbnarnya mkn bila2 msa pun bleh kan...msa bru kluar oven tu kita mkn 3 bjikkk!!..suke tang atasnya tu...muffinya pun memang sdp lah..manisnya tu elok je....rspi dari Allrecipe..

utk adunan ni kita buat dpt 13 biji saiz mcm dlm gmbar tu...cuma kita ada ejust skittt je brpndukan pada komen2 mereka yg telah mencuba rspi ni...rspi ni diberi 5* dan seramai 4733 org yg telah mencuba rspi ni dan rata2nya kata sedapppp...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, mashed (kita guna pisang emas saiz kecik 6 biji)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (kita guna gred A)
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted (kita guna canoli oil)
  • 1 teaspoon essen vanilla (ni kita tambah sdri,rspi asal xbuh)

Crumb

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (kita buh 1/4 sudu kecil)
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
2.In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3.In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. (kita bakar dgn suhu 160 C selama 20 minit)
