Get ready...it's a long one!

With Novemeber comes a month of birthdays - we start out the month with Brooke on the 10th, then Jessica on the 12th. Then we like to mix it up a little with Mom and Dad's anniversary on the 19th. We then come with a big finish with Amber on the 20th and Mom on the 24th. Mark, Jessica, Paul and his family, Mom, Dad and I got together for dinner and cake to celebrate Jessica's birthday.

Kylie competed in the South Summit Idol competion on the 14th and 16th. She did a great job. She didn't win but that's okay because she still has a few more years to develope her singing skills. I wanted to include the video of her singing, but it was taking WAY to long to upload.

Brooke turned 8 this year and was getting baptized, so we waited to celebrate her birthday until we went over(to Colorado) for her baptism. I had a picture in here of Brooke with all her presents, but I just deleted it...so I will post it when I get home.

This picture is of everyone that attended Brooke's Baptism. How lucky is she to have so many people that care so much about her, she had both Grandparents and her Great-Grandparents there.

This is Dave's colt, Rowdy. I can't believe how big he his. He's a good looking horse.

I think my neices and nephews get sick of me taking SO many pictures - but that's what happens when they are just so darn cute!!
The park in Craig has this thing called Whittle the Wood (not sure when) and the have people come in and make carvings out of the trees. This tree had a little hole in the bottom where the gnome like things had crawled in, so Brody and Bridger wanted to see if they fit in.

Mom and Dad celebrated their 42nd Wedding Anniversary on the 19th. It was a pretty low key celebration since Mom had to work until 7:30, but they still managed to go out to dinner.

Thanksgiving was pretty quiet at our house. It was just Mom, Dad, Mark, Jessie and I. We had dinner at about 12:30 and then Mark and Jessie left to go with her family. So Mom, Dad and I just kicked it around the house the rest of the day. Mom and I had to take some time and look at the ads and plan out where we needed to go on Friday morning.

Mom had me up at 3:45 and a shopping we went. We got a lot of good shopping in, and got some great deals.

Paul, Laura, Kylie, Amber, Brody and Bridger came down on Saturday to celebrate Amber and Mom's birthdays.

Amber let me come and take some pictures of her for her baptism. I love any chance to take pictures and further my photography skills.

Mark and Jessie took Mom, Dad and I to Bonsai Japanese Steak House on Monday to celebrate Mom's birthday. Now you have to understand that I'm not a big fan of any type of oriental food, but I will say that it was very good and I would definately go again. I have a picture they took of us that I forgot to upload, so it will have to get posted with the one of Brooke.

We've just been trying to get the house decorated for Christmas now. Things are going good so far. I will post some pictures as soon as we get it done.

Tag...

I'm it! So I was tagged a while back, and I thought that I had avoided it and that no one had noticed that I hadn't done it. Well, Chelsea tagged me just recently, and when I saw her she told me that she tagged me because I hadn't done the last tag. So I figured that I had better do this one! I am supposed to tell 6 random/weird things about me, so here goes.

1. I never knew that it was that obvious how I eat my food, but I guess it is since people have told me that they have told other people how I eat. I don't like my food to touch or mix. There are only certain things that can be mixed together. I also will eat the toppings off of my pizza and then eat the rest.

2. I hold a mass amount of just random knowledge in my head. I can remember things that really there's no reason to remember, I just do.

3. I wish I had more time. I have SO many projects that I want to do and that I always have going on. Just wish I had more time to do all of them.

4. I KNOW when I KNOW something. This is something that my whole family does. We all think that we KNOW when we are all talking about something. So it's become somewhat of a joke with us.

5. I love to cook. My only problem is that my mom usually does all the cooking and she is SUCH a GOOD cook that I'm afraid I won't ever be as good at it as she is.

6. I have a hard time doing one thing at a time. It seems that no matter what I am doing I'm always doing something else. For example... when I'm at work I have like five windows open and I'm constantly jumping from window to window...when I'm at home and I get on the computer I also turn the TV on and watch it.

Well there you have it...six random/weird things about me.

I now tag...
Stacey
Aunt Billie Sue
Olivia
Beau Dee
I think that everyone else has already done this TAG or has already been tagged, but if you haven't then you should do it.

It's November what!?

This first picture is out of order, but I deleted it while I was doing my post and didn't want to have to redo it.
Me, Mom, Micheal Martin Murphey, and Dad
I've been slacking again, but oh well, such is life. On Sunday the 4th we went and visited with Grandpa and Grandma for a while. It's always nice to be able to go and spend some time with them.

The Heber City Cowboy Poetry Gathering and Buckaroo Fair started on the 6th. We took in as much as we could. On Tuesday we went to Midway for the steak dinner and concert. Then on Thursday we went to see/listen to Micheal Martin Murphey with the UVSC Symphony Orchestra, that was a really good concert. On Friday we went and saw the Sons of the San Joaquin, I really enjoy listening to them.

Happy Fall Y'all

I haven't had a lot of time to blog lately, so I'm playing a little catch up here. On Saturday the 20th we(Mom, Dad and I) decided that it wasn't really the best deer hunting weather so we didn't go hunting that day. Amber and Brody had agreed to help my primary with their program since we have a lack of kids, so we went up and picked them up to make it to the practice on Saturday. Saturday night I had told the kids that we could scrapbook. I love to see their faces and the excitement when they get their pages done. They love to look at the pages already in their books.
On Saturday the 27th the weather was MUCH better, so Dad and Mom got up really early and headed to Paul's to get him and then go hunting. I had told Kylie that I would take her to a Haunted House, and we decided that we wanted to go to Frightmares. It was a lot of fun and the weather was really nice.
We got together on Monday night to carve our pumpkins. Everyone got in on it. I got to help Brody and Bridger with their pumpkins, and since Dad cleaned my pumpkin out for me I carved his for him! ;) It's so much fun for me to carve pumpkins.
My friend Shannon had invited me to come spend Halloween night with her and her family, and since all my neices and nephews where too far away for me to go Trick-or-Treating with, I went and spent some time with her.
One more day of work and it's another weekend! Woo Hoo!
