It's a Girl!

I think it's just about time for another update. Although we've both been working and going to school Spring and Summer terms we've managed to squeeze more than a few fun events into our lives.

First of all, we found out we're having a girl! We are so excited for this little chica to get here.
Finding out it's a girl has helped us get serious about this naming thing but we're still struggling a bit. Any good suggestions? In other good baby news, we bought a crib a couple days ago! It won't get here for a week or two but I'll post pictures after we get it set up. I'm so excited, I love it!

Here are some pics of other fun stuff we've been up to lately:
Over memorial day weekend we went camping in Green River with Andrew & Hilarie, and Jaron & Amy and then headed over to Moab. While the other four went rafting, we headed to Arches (Dr's orders). It was a great quick little trip.

We started things off on Memorial Day with the Annual Extended Barfuss Family Four Square Tournament. The Becks brought some good competition this year, but I think it's safe to say with the new additions of Duncan, Allison, and Sydney the Barfuss/Glenns held their own.

We then headed to the Farmington cemetery where we gathered with some of the Holmes clan to remember Grandpa and Benjamin. After that it was off to the pool, a BBQ, and a good old fashioned home run derby.

A couple weeks later we went to my favorite place on earth, Lake Powell! Unfortunately I had to leave Dunc on his own for the first half of the week while he provided for the family, but he was able to meet up with us for the last few days of the trip.

We had a blast wakeboarding, playing games, hanging out with cousins, eating great food, and enjoying the amazing beauty. It was pretty painful to be stuck in the boat watching everyone else wakeboard and waterski (Dr's orders again), but this little baby is definitely worth it. We can't wait to go back!

Finally, we got to go hiking with Jamie, Kevin, and Mikey in Salt Lake yesterday. My legs are definitely on the sore side this morning, but it was gorgeous and we loved hangin out with them!
