Pixar Luxo Jr. Lamp & Ball T-Shirt— Disney Parks Exclusive

So it's been a long time since I picked up a new Pixar inspired tee. Honestly, I have SO many and there just hasn't been a design I've see that's been a "must have" in a quite a while—that is until just last week when I purchased this Pixar logo t-shirt featuring the iconic Luxo Jr. and Pixar ball! This just felt very unique and "me" and I couldn't resist getting it. 

I found this at Knick's Knacks at Disney's California Adventure (I'm not sure where else it might be sold) and ended up paying $26.93 for it. It's soft, fits well and I highly suggest picking it up as well if you're visiting DCA anytime soon!

Disney·Pixar Cars Lightning McQueen "Like a Boss" T-Shirt (by Fifth Sun)

In celebration of the 15th anniversary of Pixar's Cars—the original classic (released in theaters June 9th, 2006)—tonight I’m taking a quick look at this Lightning McQueen "Like a Boss" men's graphic tee by Fifth Sun! I actually got this shirt a couple years ago and have been meaning to post on it ever since. When I remembered it recently, I figured today would be the perfect day to finally get to it! 

All in all, this is a really nice tee. I really like the heather navy blue color, the graphic is cool (and pretty minimal) and it fits and feels great. I can totally suggest picking this up for any of you adult Pixar Cars fans out there like me! Wow, it's already been almost a year since I became a part of the "BoxLunch Collective" Brand Ambassador Program! I honestly have no negative critiques on any of this. It's all great stuff and everything feels quality overall! The socks and pajamas are soft and comfortable, the t-shirt fits perfectly and you know how much I love Funko POPs. I should also mention that I really like all the minimal graphics as well—it's all pretty simple and nothing feels too over the top (just how I like it).

Onward: "Gwinny" Van T-Shirt (BoxLunch)

Hey everyone—once again, I hope you all had a great official first week of Pixar Fest! If you're not already, be sure to be following along with me on Instagram and Twitter for all the latest news and updates throughout this exciting month. 
 
This week has been themed around Onward (leading up to tonight's Onward watch party on Disney+) and, to help me celebrate the film, Disney was generous enough to send a few new Onward products my way. Following yesterday's post, the next item I wanted to share with you is this super van-tastic Guinevere ("Gwinny) T-shirt from BoxLunch! If you recall, Barley's nickname for his noble steed/van is "Gwinny" and this shirt's design incorporates that (which is actually pretty unique). 

I really love the minimal graphic on this tee featuring three overlapping Guinevere vans—it feels very retro! It's made from lightweight 100% combed ring spun cotton, is super soft and has a really nice slim fit to it. I'm really picky when it comes to t-shirts, but I can honestly 100% recommend this one up for your Disney/Pixar shirt collection—especially for all you fans of Onward out there!

Toy Story 4: Limited Edition Duke Caboom Biker Tee (from Fabric Flavours)

CABOOM! Check out this awesome officially licensed limited edition Toy Story 4 inspired Duke Caboom biker tee for kids from the UK based clothing company, Fabric Flavours. A huge thanks to Fabric Flavous for reaching out and providing me with this shirt to review for you all! As a fan of the character Duke Caboom (he's probably my favorite out of the new characters in TS4), this was the perfect gift for me. I got this tee in size 5/6, so it'll be a solid few years before Aidan can fit into it, but it'll be waiting! 

On the front you'll notice the bold CABOOM graphic with Duke's iconic silhouette. The back of the tee says "Duke Caboom: Legend in Action" and is designed to look like a cool retro biker logo—totally classic! There's even a small removable patch on the sleeve that features Duke Caboom and says "I do my own stunts."

I believe Fabric Flavours ships outside of the UK as well, so be sure to order this tee on their website HERE before it's gone if you're interested! Retail price is £20.00 GBP (which is about $25 US). I highly recommend it, I haven't seen any other design like this one!

"World of Pixar" Toddler T-shirt—Walt Disney World Version

Early last month, I posted on my new favorite t-shirt that was available on ShopDisney and at the Disney Parks earlier this year—this "World of Pixar" men's tee. When I saw there was a toddler "World of Pixar" variation for boys using the same adorable character designs, I knew right away that I would need to pick it up and save it for when Aidan's old enough to wear it (I picked up the smallest size, 2T; the shirt goes up to size 4T). Here it is!

Next fall is when we plan on going to Disney World next, so Aidan should hopefully be just the right size for this (he'll be almost two). I can't wait for him to wear this the same day I wear mine! I've wanted a son to wear matching Pixar shirts with for a long time, so this will be really fun for me.

The screen art on this shirt includes: Woody, an Alien, Mike Wazowski, Nemo, Squirt, Lightning McQueen, WALL•E, E.V.E., Remy, Joy, Edna, Jack-Jack, Merida, and Miguel—not to mention the iconic Pixar ball which is almost a character in itself!

Cars: Dinoco T-Shirt and Limited Edition Pin (Pixar Studio Store Exclusives)

Ka-Chow!! Disney·Pixar's Cars, the original classic (yes I totally consider it an instant animated classic despite popular opinion), was released in theaters on this day in 2006! To celebrate the film's 14th anniversary, I'm taking a look at some really cool Pixar Studio Store exclusive items sent to me a little while back by my friends over at PixarPost.com! They were nice enough to pick these up for me during one of their visits to Pixar.

First up, there's this amazing men's heather blue team Dinoco t-shirt with the iconic Dinoco oil company logo front and center. How do I look in "Dinoco Blue"? ;) The shirt is very lightweight, super soft and has an athletic fit—everything I look for in a shirt! I absolutely love it. Pixar Studio Store tees rarely disappoint, if ever. As usual, "Pixar Animation Studios Emeryville, CA" is printed on the upper back of the tee. Original retail price was $16.00.

Then there's this super neat, very clean Dinoco pin (which also uses the logo)—Limited Edition of only 400 made! Very, very cool. These do show up on eBay every now and then, so be sure to check current listings HERE if you're interested in adding this one to your Disney/Pixar pin collection!

Toy Story 4: Ducky & Bunny "Rowdy Squad" Tee

Happy Easter everyone! I just wanted to hop on here (wink) real quick tonight to share this really fun "Rowdy Squad" shirt I was gifted last year when attending the Toy Story 4 press event at Walt Disney World. I figured Easter would be a more than appropriate time to post a t-shirt featuring Ducky and Bunny!

This tee is from Cakeworthy, but it has since sold out there. If you're interested in picking this up for your Disney/Pixar shirt collection though, the design is also available at BoxLunch, Kohl's and Amazon! I can't vouch for the shirt quality if purchased at any of those stores, but the one I have here fits and feels great. Ducky and Bunny are some of my favorite characters and the "Rowdy Squad" graphic is pretty funny— it's a win for me!

Toy Story: Pizza Planet "Food + Fun Space Port" Tee

What a spaceport! Pizza Planet merch is some of my favorite to collect—there's something just so iconic about that location from the original Toy Story. From the logo, to the delivery truck, to the crane game, to the aliens within...it's all so classic (heck, my license plate cover even says "I Brake for Pizza Planet" on it). Over the last few years, there's been a pretty big surge of Pizza Planet items released for some reason; especially in the t-shirt department! There are countless Pizza Planet inspired shirts out there right now. Here's one that my parents found stashed at their house recently, which was meant to be a gift to me a while back but somehow got tucked away and forgotten! This was a fun little treat to bring home last week after our family Sunday dinner.

The fit is honestly fine, but nothing special; not the best and not the worst. The sleeves are a little big/baggy and the shirt itself isn't the most trim, but it's certainly wearable. I really like the design, so I'll at least be wearing it for that! The shirt is 100% cotton and retails for $19.99.

Anyway, just wanted to share this quick post with you tonight in case you were interested in a fun new Pizza Planet tee that's somewhat more unique. The Ian Lightfoot "The Wizard " T-Shirt is awesome. I love the trading card graphic (I think it's loosely inspired by a Dungeons & Dragons card), but most importantly (to me) it feels and fits GREAT! Toy Story: Flannel Logo Shirt & Sheriff Woody Hat (by Cakeworthy)

You know what that chilly breeze outside means? Fall is in the air here in Connecticut and I'm so ready for my favorite time of year! Thanks to Cakeworthy, I now have this stylish new flannel long sleeve shirt to wear this season and show off my love for Toy Story at the same time. How cool is this design? I really love the autumnal yellow with the navy blue and red colors—not to mention the striking pencil sketch style Toy Story logo on the back and characters down the sleeve. So unique!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to flannels (and button-up shirts in general), so I was impressed with how much I like the fit of this one. It's pretty soft (100% cotton) and has a decently slim cut, which I prefer. Everything here honestly works perfect for both men and women and the shirt is listed as a unisex fit. As far as the mentioned characters, a Pizza Planet Alien, Hamm, Rex, Slinky and Buzz are featured down the left sleeve. The minimal sketches are both tasteful and playful. 

You might have noticed that awesome Sheriff Woody snapback hat I'm wearing in the first photo as well. Once again, a big thank you to Cakeworthy for the gift! The yellow plaid and cow print design is of course inspired by Woody's signature shirt and vest; and then you have his iconic Sheriff badge and name written in rope! Fantastic design overall—I think a lot of adult fans will absolutely love this one. Again, I'm picky when it comes to hats (I've never owned a flat billl before) and even I really like how it fits!

Note: There is an adjustable plastic backstrap. One size will fit most (also listed as unisex).

Toy Story 4 Toddler Tee (from Target)

With Toy Story 4 in theaters, there's of course a TON of Toy Story baby/toddler/kids clothes in stores right now. Target especially has some really cute stuff! While I can't get all of it (I would if I could ;), once in a while I can't resist picking up a particular design...like this one here! And for just $7.99, how could I not? I like how 90's it feels—it looks like something I could have worn as a kid when the original film came out. I found the colored text Toy Story logo unique and the screen art of the characters super cute. Love the mix of old and new friends!

I got this for our baby boy who's due in December. 18M was the last size they had in stock, so I snagged that one, but it's also available in 12M, 2T, 3T, 4T and 5T. You find it still in stores or online HERE. Material is a 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester blend, which feels soft and cozy.

Toy Story 4: Boys' Duke Caboom T-Shirt (From Target)

CABOOM! If your little guy is already a fan of Duke Caboom (the most spectacular daredevil Canada has ever seen), you'll most certainly wanna snag this Toy Story 4 Duke Caboom boys' tee available at Target now! My nephew Noah loves the character and the film isn't even out yet (kudos to the marketing team). He had to get this shirt to wear to the theater on opening day and I just had to document it here. Figured some of you may be interested!

There are a ton of Toy Story 4 kids' tees out there (especially at Target), but this one is a real stand out. Such a fun and colorful design. You can pick this up currently at your local Target or on their website HERE for $10.99. Sizes range from XS to XL.

For those who enjoy seeing my Pixar Studio Store exclusive t-shirt collection, I have one more for you—and this just be my favorite one yet! Here we have a Toy Story 4 inspired tee featuring a silhouetted, minimal design of Woody and Forky holding hands. I love their friendship already and I know it will be a special part of the film! The awesome art here is by Pixar veteran Jeff Pidgeon, long time Pixar story artist and voice of the squeeze toy aliens. Original retail price was $17.

Lastly, I just wanted to say only 19 DAYS until Toy Story 4! That is just nuts, after all these years of waiting. This is also a great time to make the announcement on here that this Friday (June 6th), I'll be heading to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL for the Toy Story 4 press junket for social media influencers! We will be having a private screening of the full film on Saturday, as well as a celebratory lunch and dinner in the parks, viewing a showcase of the latest and upcoming TS4 products, attending an after hours experience in Toy Story Land and so much more. Toy Story 4: Pixar Studio Store Exclusive Character Silhouette Tee

This minimalist Toy Story 4 character silhouette tee is available now exclusively at the Pixar Studio Store in Emeryville, CA! From left to right we have outlines of: Forky, Woody, Alien, Duke Caboom, Bo's sheep, Bo Peep, Hamm, Jessie, Rex, Ducky, Bunny, Buzz Lightyear and Gabby Gabby. So simple, yet so effective (exactly what's expected from the Pixar Studio Store at this point; they have a way of releasing products so minimal yet so desirable). Design by the extremely talented Eric Tan.

This black t-shirt has the character lineup on the front, a Toy Story logo style "4" on the sleeve and "Pixar Animation Studios Emeryville, CA" on the back near the neckline. It's not quite as fitted as I like my shirts to be (it's a bit boxy), but I'll give it a pass this time given how cool the design is. Original retail price was $17.00.

Finding Dory: "Fish Frame" Men's Tee (Fifth Sun)

Tonight I'm taking a look at this Finding Dory inspired "Fish Frame" navy blue men's tee from Fifth Sun, featuring cute minimal style graphics of all your fave characters from the film: Destiny, Bailey, Hank, Nemo, Marlin and Dory herself are here front and center found within a Dory shaped "frame." This is a shirt I actually got last year as a gift and have been meaning to post on it since (oops!). Luckily it's still available on the Fifth Sun website HERE, so if you want to add this to your Disney/Pixar shirt collection, act soon (especially since right now it's 20% off)! Incredibles 2: Pixar Studio Store Exclusive Dash T-Shirt

Following yesterday's post, here's yet another AWESOME Pixar Studio Store exclusive item sent to me by my good friends over at PixarPost.com (a huge thanks to them :)—check out this dashing burgundy Incredibles 2 inspired men's tee featuring the speedster of the Parr family, the energetic Dash! It wasn't quite in my plan to post on this shirt today, but I actually ended up wearing it to see Incredibles 2 this morning (finally got to see it for a second time and was able to show it to my wife) and figured there was no better time to snag some pics.

The amazingly stylized Dash screen art here was done Stéphane Kardos, director of character art at Disney Consumer Products! How cool is it, right? If you like what you see and would like to see more of Stéphane's work, be sure to check out his site HERE, his Twitter HERE and his Instagram HERE.

On the back near the neckline (as usual with these Studio Store tees), it reads "Pixar Animation Studios Emeryville, CA." That little touch never gets old!

Inside Out: Bing Bong "I Cry Candy" Men's Tee (Fifth Sun)

"I cry candy! Try the caramel, it's delicious." Three years ago today, Pixar's instant classic Inside Out leapt off the screen and into our hearts. Can you believe how fast the time goes by? Tonight I'm celebrating its anniversary by taking a look at this colorful men's tee from Fifth Sun featuring everyone's favorite imaginary friend who likes to play—Bing Bong! Bing Bong! Another big thanks to my wife who surprised me with this (and a bunch of other Pixar shirts) for my birthday a few weeks back. Still more to come.

Bing Bong certainly makes an impression in the film and is, in my opinion, one of the most memorable Pixar characters to date. He's one of my personal all time favorites! So much of the heart of the film can be traced back to this odd yet lovable cotton candy, part cat, part elephant, part dolphin hybrid. I'm excited to finally have him on a shirt after all these years! I'm going to rock this my next Disney trip. An awesome suggestion Fifth Sun gave me was to wear this to the brand new Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff Confectionery at Pixar Pier!

My wife ordered this shirt from the Fifth Sun website for $19.95, though it can also be found at Hot Topic HERE, Amazon using the link below and also some smaller sites as well. It seems to be a pretty popular design! And for good reason—the Bing Bong and candy graphic here is pretty adorable. I always wonder who the artist is who designs these types of t-shirts as I'd love to give them credit.

If you love Bing Bong, this is the tee for you (especially if you're a Disney/Pixar t-shirt collector)! It's 100% cotton and feels and fits great. I really like the charcoal gray color too. Finding Dory: "New Rule No Talking" Hank & Dory Men's Tee (Fifth Sun)

If you can believe it, today marks two years already since Finding Dory arrived in theaters! To celebrate, I'm taking a look at a new tee from Fifth Sun that I just received for my birthday a few weeks back. A big thanks to my wife for surprising me with this shirt and a bunch of others that I'll be reviewing right here soon! Always fun to have a fresh new selection of Pixar tees.

This men's t-shirt, of course, features fantastically stylized screen art of Hank (everyone's favorite cantankerous "septepus", one of my personal standouts from the film) and that forgetful blue tang Dory (complete with that signature coffee pot). Hank's hilarious line  "New Rule No Talking" is also front and center.

Retail for this shirt is $19.95 and can be purchased on Fifth Sun's official site HERE. Like with all the tees I've gotten from there, this one is also a quality soft material (not too thick or thin; 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend) and fits well (not too tight and not too boxy). Very comfortable.
