Desafio 3+1 - Tema "Palavra Chave" (Início do desafio aqui)
Este é um post descontraído em que pretendo desconstruir a imagem que vocês têm de mim!!
Se há palavra chave que desvenda muito do que foi a minha vida, essa palavra só poderia ser CAFÉ.
Não sou viciada em café, não é nada disso, apesar de adorar a bebida. Lembram-se de numa Tag que fiz ter dito que trabalhava desde os 11 anos? Pois hoje vou revelar o segredo!!
Challenge 3 + 1 - Theme "Keyword" (Challenge started Here)
This is a relaxed post in which I intend to deconstruct the image you have of me !!
If there is a keyword that reveals much of what my life was, that word could only be COFFEE or Café.
I'm
not addicted to coffee, it's nothing like that, even though I love the
drink. Do you remember a tag that I said that I had been working since I
was 11? So today I will reveal the secret !!
Pois é muito simples, os meus pais abriram um Café quando eu tinha 11 anos e, desde essa altura que passei a trabalhar lá, eu sou a verdadeira Miúda do Café da banda Amor Electro!!. Estudava e todos os meus tempos livres e férias trabalhava no café. Esse café cresceu e passou a haver também uma loja de brinquedos, de bric à brack, perfumes, roupa, relógios, para perceberem, era um mini El Corte Inglês muito antes de ele existir em Portugal.
So it's very simple, my parents opened a Cafe when I was 11 years old, and since that time I've been working there, I'm the true "Miúda do Café" - The Café Girl - from the band Amor Electro !!. I studied and all my free time and vacations I worked in the café. This café grew and there was also a bric-a-brack and toy store, perfumes, clothes, watches, just like a mini El Corte Ingles long before it ever existed in Portugal.
As compras para o meu mini shopping eram feitas no Porto, que é onde me encontro. Quando o meu pai morreu passei eu a fazer a gestão de tudo e, quando digo tudo, era mesmo tudo, compras, bancos, atendimento, arrumação, montras etc.. e a estudar, continuava a ser a Miúda do Café e a melhor aluna na escola. Depois ter terminado o curso de Economia, comecei a trabalhar e resolvi fazer uma grande obra de remodelação, o projecto foi feito por mim - lembram-se eu andei 3 anos em Arquitectura - trabalhava numa empresa e no café, não tinha férias, até que apareceram os centros comerciais e os clientes foram atraídos por estes espaços, tive que arrendar o café e foi também quando fiquei doente.
The shopping for my mini mall was made in OPorto, which is where I am. When my father died, I started to manage everything, and when I say everything, it was everything, shopping, banks, service, storage, storefronts, etc., and studying, I continued to be The Café Girl and the best student in school. Then I started to work and I decided to do a great remodeling project, the project was done by me - remember I spent 3 years in Architecture - after finishing my degree in Economics, I started to work in a company and at the same time in the café, I had no vacations, until the shopping centers appeared and the customers were attracted by these spaces, I had to rent the café and it was also when I got sick.
Actualmente o café está fechado e espera por melhores dias ou até mesmo a mudar de actividade. A obra de remodelação que fiz em 2001 continua actual e transformou-o num café muito bonito, e já lá vão 18 anos. É assim que ele é aos meus olhos, como este café onde me encontro no Porto, o Café Majestic que é um café histórico e dos mais belos do mundo. É um dos locais mais procurados pelos turistas, especialmente japoneses.
At the moment the café is closed and it waits for better days or even to change of activity. The remodeling work I did in 2001 continues actual and has transformed it into a very beautiful and still modern café, and 18 years have passed since that. This is how it is, in my eyes, like this café where I am in OPorto, the Majestic Café that is one of the most beautiful and historic cafes in the world. It's one of the places most sought after by tourists, especially Japanese tourists.
Deixo-vos com a música A Miúda do Café dos Amor Electro e já ficam a perceber porque é que nas fotos eu estou de óculos. Eu, a Míuda do Café, também era assim, passava despercebida, ninguém dava nada por ela, até que um dia, resolveu transformar-se numa grande diva, foi o que eu fiz ao criar este blog e, isso surpreendeu todos, tal e qual como no video, porque A Miúda do Café não dá cartas sem ganhar como diz a música!!! Oh Yeah!!!

I, the Coffee shop girl, was also like that, she went unnoticed, nobody gave her anything, until one day, she decided to become a great diva, that's when I decided in creating this blog, and that surprised everyone, just like the video, because The Coffee Shop Girl doesn't deal without winning as the song says !!! Oh Yeah !!!
