It is beginning to look a lot like Fish Men....

North Star released a range of Horror figures in 2019, that included the Deep Ones.

This one is based on a Renedra 30mm plastic base.

The figure was undercoated with Citadel Chaos Black spray. It was then sprayed with Citadel Death Guard Green. The base was painted with Citadel Zandri Dust, washed with Citadel Agrax Earthshade and dry brushed with Citadel Terminatus Stone.

The figure was dry brushed with Citadel Nurgling Green. The belly was lightened with Citadel Nurgling Green Layer then a mix of Nurgling Green and Citadel Pallid Wytch Flesh. It was then washed with Celia Greenshade and lightly dry brushed again with Nurgling Green. The eyes were first painted Humbrol matt white. They were then painted with Vallejo Flat Yellow. The pupil was painted with Army Painter Black. The top of the eye was washed with Citadel Flesh Wash.

Strange Idol

The mysterious idol was found during the Office of Naval Intelligence raids on Innsmouth during the late 'twenties.

 The idol is by Crooked Dice and is cast in three pieces (base, plinth and statue).

The eyes were masked with a piece of blue-tack. The statue was sprayed with Plastic-Kote Rust effect spray. It was then sprayed with Humbrol Desert Tan. The statue was then washed with Citadel Nuln Oil followed by Citadel Agrax Earthshade.
Finally it was dry brushed with Citadel Terminatus Stone.

The eyes were first painted with Humbrol White. The part where it eye contacts the eyelids was washed with Citadel Coellia Greenshade. Finally it was washed with Citadel Hex Wraith Flame.
