It is said that its form is one that can only be attained by those who complete the training that is called the "Trial of the Four Great Dragons", which can only be challenged by Dragon Digimon. It carries the extensible greatsword "Fragarach", and has mastered its original ultimate fencing technique, "Ryūzanken". There are three forms within Ryūzanken, from the first to the third, and the first form, "Tenryūzanha", is driving its sword, accelerated with a spin of its body, vertically through the opponent's skull, cutting them in half. The second form, "Shouryūzanpa", is releasing a dragon wave refined by its sword and directed from the bottom part to the top, slaying the opponent just from the sword's pressure. The third form, "Kouryūzanba", is stepping up close to the opponent and curling Fragarach around them, shaving off their whole body with the entwined sword blade. Slayerdramon was originally conceived as the Ultimate form of the Almighty Dragon line. Its Adult form would have been a yellow Coredramon, and its Perfect form would have been a quadrupedal winged dragon Digimon that is not known to have ever been named. Eventually, the Almighty Dragon line was cut, and Slayerdramon was moved to become the Ultimate form of the Heavenly Dragon line. It replaced Examon in this role, and Examon was moved to instead be a fusion of Slayerdramon and the Ultimate form of the Earthly Dragon line, Breakdramon.
