What I enjoyed: * The banter with the ghosts * Matilda seems like a blast to hang out with * Otto is an interesting vampire who seems like he might end up a good friend

What I enjoyed: * I like how earlier pieces tie into later pieces. And Molly now knows the truth about her parents' deaths (view spoiler)[ But will she go after Eddie's grandfather and their current employer (hide spoiler)] * I love how Eddie is always the conscience * Bruin Bear is very interesting and I would love to know more about them * The Scarlet Lady is a fun character/car
What could have been better: * (view spoiler)[ Not sure the Shadow Bank "people" should be saved, they committed horrible acts and even less sure The Droods are a good watchdog (hide spoiler)] * Molly (and to a lesser extent Eddie) are awful spies. They kept referring to Droods all the time in the casino (and the mansion at the beginning). I'm amazed his cover as Shaman Bond has held up.

I'm disappointed that this book ends the series. I thought the world was very interesting and unique, especially now that we know there are some gods I'm disappointed that this book ends the series. I thought the world was very interesting and unique, especially now that we know there are some gods and goddesses around. The characters are still interesting, although Anderson really took a turn once you discovered his past. I was glad to see Jamaal getting over his issues and would have liked to seen more of Blake and Steph.
