What problems is CloudEagle solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudEagle is helping solve the challenge of SaaS sprawl, vendor management, and wasted spend. Right now, we don’t have a centralized way to track contracts, renewals, or usage, which often leads to overspending and missed savings opportunities. CloudEagle closes that visibility gap by giving us one place to see SaaS usage and spend instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets. The benefit for us is tighter cost control, smarter renewals, and better visibility across tools, while also automating procurement and renewal workflows so we save time and reduce wasted spend. What do you like best about CloudEagle?

What problems is CloudEagle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we did not have a unified service with all our SaaS spending in one place, Cloudeagle definately has solved this issue for us. A lot of people were spending their time going back and forth between vendors and users internally, which has 100% been streamedlined with Cloudeagle. Cloudeagle creating the workflows and reaching out to users about renewals has reduced my teams (operations) workload to focus on things with a much larger ROI. CloudEagle.ai provides deeper insights into our license usage, enabling us to identify

underutilized licenses. The ability to downgrade licenses through intuitive license

extraction feature also allows us to effortlessly gather essential details like start and end dates. We can track all licenses in one centralized platform, receive automatic renewal

I initially took some time to understand the detailed license insights, but the user-friendly

CloudEagle.ai has made license management much easier for us. The platform

provides insights into license usage, helping us identify underutilized licenses that we

many SaaS licenses, which often led to missed renewals and compliance issues. Now,

What do you like best about CloudEagle?

What I appreciate most is how much visibility we now have into vendor contracts, app usage, and upcoming renewals. As someone in finance, managing budgets while working with global freelancers and SaaS vendors can get messy. CloudEagle helped us consolidate all that into one place. I can track spend trends, see which teams are using what tools, and flag anything that's underutilized. What do you dislike about CloudEagle?

What do you like best about CloudEagle?

We use a lot of SaaS apps, and keeping track of renewals was super hard, but with SaaS Management software its much easier. The tool uses AI to get key details like contract dates, which makes everything simpler. I really like getting alerts on Slack for renewals. What do you like best about CloudEagle?

We deal with different SaaS vendors and had a lot of SaaS licenses. We used spreadsheets to manage them. Without a proper license management tool, we often got confused during renewals and missed deadlines. Support team was quite helpful though.
