What do you dislike about D&B Connect?

1. Some pre-requisites to activate certain data integration rules

2. The responsibilities of the D&B side and the user side were not very clear, like data activation.

3. The dashboard is a bit lagged and slower to show the data details, but not a big deal if you refresh the page again or wait 2-5 seconds.

What do you like best about D&B Connect?

The matching methodology is very sophisticated, and I like how we can update the confidence score to ensure that we matching our records to D&B's database at a level we agreed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Connect?

There is no way to customize or filter which types of records your update with D&B data. You can only choose "update if blank" or "always update". I wish there was a way to say "update IF...." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how D&B’s workbench allows you to check your leads thorough their database to check quality and if needed you can buy more leads in any industry as long as you know how to segment your audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Connect?

I dislike that the leads accuracy is about a 80%. Most of the phone numbers you get will be company exclusive and not direct lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i didn't like anything about D&B workbench data optimizer.

the data had a 20% bounce rate.

the sales person secretly signed me up for an annual subscription even though all i bought was a 1-time list export. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D&B Connect?

the price is 2-5x higher than other list vendors

when you buy a list, they secretly sign you up with a recurring subscription without ever discussing it previously. sales people employ incredibly deceptive tactics.

Nothing ...Contract auto renews which is the only way they can get renewals! DnB very difficult to work with, and they don't care. Do not sign up for this product! Don't sign contract with auto renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that separates companies from one another, is how well they treat their clients. Throughout our journey with Lattice thus far they have been with us every step of the way, regardless of how big or small the issue, specially when building out our models.
