"Great for Niche Ad Targeting, but New Features and Support Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It helps me dial down on my targeting for ads, I work with very niche locations and this is very useful for those type of clients. It also allows me to create and interact with different communities. I use it everyday in my job and although there are some tricky parts and bugs it is generally a good platform to manage paid and organic marketing as it integrates easily with most of the most famous CRMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

There's always new features being launched and many times the platform "forces" you to use them as it toggles on automatically some thing that can mess up delivery if we're not careful. What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like how easy it is to use Facebook for Business. It's just like using Facebook for regular but with a bit more tools that allows you to see insights and audience on social posts. You can also boost posts and spend money of any budget on ads that pop up on various audiences or you can create the audience. Facebook for business also allows you to tie in multiple business under one business account which is good if you are a two store business with multiple locations. It's easy that you can add and remove admins with ease without losing your entire Facebook Business account. I use it every single day as a Social Media and Marketing Manager in the E-Commerce Department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I find that it’s not as user-friendly as I would like for the average person using it day to day. The ads can be confusing, and there are just too many strategies to choose from. What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I think it's a very simple and easy way to market your product. We use it linked with instagram so whenever we post on one, it posts on the other which saves us time and enhances our reach. It's simple and easy for potential clients to get in touch with us and make a booking. What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Demographics are a big thing in social media these days. Facebook saw a drop in users, especially among the younger generations so you need to be careful who your target audience is. I'm not a particular fan of the pay to be verified feature either. I think the basic package should be free, they have a responsbility to ensure that others can't set up a face profile and pretend to be you. I'd like to see a free feature for the blue tick with optional add-ons that obviously come at a cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
