The thing that impresses me the most about GCPay is the fact that it has better reporting features as compared to other softwares. As for the currently used software, its rich reporting options can be used to generate detailed financial reports to better manage expenses and payments. This aspect speeds up those monotonous process such as compliance verification to decrease our administrative burden, and in turn, help us better direct our efforts towards more essential tasks. Still, there are certain aspects that GCPay lacks, such as flexibility for customization. The software is not very flexible which implies that sometimes we cannot get it to work in ways that is perfect for what we want. This has made us experience some inconveniences in our operations as a business entity. Also, the customer support can be less responsive than expected. There have also been instances where solving some of these challenges was a little slow, thus making it difficult to respond to problems as and when they arise.
