- Great reporting and dashboard in general

- Limited technical features for doing different actions on LinkedIn

What do you like best about HeyReach?

I find HeyReach incredibly easy to set up, with a support team that responds within minutes and is always polite and knowledgeable, ensuring help is always available when needed. The automation of manual outreach processes solves major workflow issues, saving me an estimated 1 to 3 hours per day, which leads to noticeable time and cost efficiencies. HeyReach’s native integration with Clay significantly simplifies lead enrichment processes by automating the addition of enriched leads directly, greatly benefiting my workflow. Its user interface stands out for being very user-friendly and visually appealing, making navigation simple and pleasant. Overall, these features position HeyReach as the best outbound LinkedIn software in my experience, a sentiment enhanced by its efficient problem-solving capabilities and excellent support. What do you like best about HeyReach?

What stood out to us right from the beginning was the simplicity of use. Our sales team a group that typically doesn't engage with technical tools on a daily basis was able to adopt it quickly and confidently after a brief onboarding. Since then, it's become a natural part of their workflow.

Another huge plus is the technical support team. They've been consistently available, genuinely helpful, and fast to respond. No scripted replies or delays, just honest, knowledgeable assistance whenever we needed it.

Before choosing Heyreach, I had explored several other tools. What made the difference was how the Heyreach team treated me, and they treated me as a partner, not just a lead. I never felt like I was being pushed toward a sale. Instead, they took the time to understand my context and challenges, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping my business grow, not just selling software.

Their support team is enjoyable to work with, not just a team of robots. You can actually talk with them, discuss things with them, share ideas and they will listen. I love how personal and custom they make their support.

What do you like best about HeyReach?

HeyReach is the most famous startup in Macedonia, and we were curious to find out how it could help us generate leads because we were very dependent on cold calling.

Most of us had almost no experience with using LinkedIn in general, so when it comes to automation, our boss was quite skeptical about it, but after the great onboarding with their team, they basically held our hands. Their support is the best I have ever received, as they reach us when things are not working properly before we even notice.

What do you like best about HeyReach?

We have been using HeyReach for linkedin outbound and nurturing for the past 4 months with 4 linkedin accounts

1️⃣ Trustworthy

It'a a delicate thing to share your linkedin password with any of these tool. At least want to make sure they know what they are doing to protect our linkedin accounts. That's our NUMBER one critieria, really. We are in safe hands with them.

2️⃣ Support

Ebru, Teodora, and also Nikola and hopefully didn't forget anyone else? The team is fantastic! Not just responsive but also have got the knowledge to actually help you out. Rare these days! I am also a very annoying user and they deal with me super well.

3️⃣ Technical

Leon I think and the rest of the crew I don't now. They are AWESOME and have the tech know-how and chops in-house. Just makes a massive difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyReach?
