What do you like best about Reputation?

Reputation has been extremely helpful in gathering patient surveys and feedback. I really value that all of the information is organized in one place and presented in detail, so I don’t have to guess what patients like or dislike. What do you like best about Reputation?

The biggest upside to using the platform is using the "quick request", this function alone has taken my scores from the 600's to being consistent in the upper to middle 800's. Very simple to use, great addition to the platform. The reporting is pretty robust as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

The part that really upsets me about the platform is, I'll get one maybe two bad scores and the scores drop over night! Meanwhile I'll get 8 or more 5 star reviews in a row and it takes 30 days for the needle to move! WHY ???

I've expressed my displeasure in the past and all I heard was "well the the algorithm" , My response was "maybe change/modify the algorithm" did not hear anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reputation?

The fact that everything is on one Dashboard and in one place to view and respond to leads is very helpful. The fact that you can see your reputation score at a glance is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that the all the pages take so ling to load detract from the overall feel of the site. I would also like to see better explanations of how the actual scores are calculated and how they get to the total Reputation number that the OEM uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Reputation team is constantly working to improve their platform and stay ahead of the Customer Experience experience. They work diligently to be innovative and think of all the different ways a customer's journey is impacted and how to gather valuable information for businesses to better their craft. What do you dislike about Reputation?

Because of the nature of Customer Experience data, all the different information can be overwhelming at times. Reputation offers lots of different products which give tons of insight, but in that vein, it can be overwhelming. Ultimately, I think they do a decent job of assisting their customers with prioritizing the data they're looking for. Aside from that, there are high fees for implementation of certain products or reporting pieces. What do you like best about Reputation?

The software is easy to navigate and very easy to get logged into. When trying to view certain information from the reports, it is easy to filter what sections of the reports you wish to look at. I use this almost daily to track and monitor all of the reviews coming through for our business. Reputation.com makes it incredibly easy to track, manage, and respond to online reviews across multiple platforms in one central dashboard. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the ability to reply directly to reviews without logging into multiple sites saves a huge amount of time. The social publishing tool feels limited compared to dedicated social media management platforms. Some post formats and advanced features are not supported, and integration with newer platforms is missing. What do you like best about Reputation?

It's very helpful when using the social calendar to be able to schedule for 12 different accounts at once. It is also very nice having all the reviews for 12 Google pages in one place so I can reply to all of them and not miss any Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

The new post publishing platform is quite unreliable and we find issues that present without any real reason, stopping posts from going live. The new review feature is slightly confusing UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
