The web platform needs more improvement when it comes to the less intuitive behavior in the UX. Its hard to track certain things as things maybe either be too concealed or not very straight forward. It is very easy to implement and integrate with the current setup and enables us 360 visibility of our SaaS/license spend. It gives all the real-time analytics of the SaaS platform usage and we can review and revoke the unused licenses and save the cost.
